Lovely store. The best Neptune one I have visited. Jaq’s cafe is great. A real asset to the shop. All makes for a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit.

Great service and product, expensive but worth every penny and the delivery men were so lovely. Really efficient and quick delivery to.

We had such an amazing evening with our fabulous hosts, Annabel and Maisie and Neil teaching us to make 3 delicious cocktails. Neptune is a beautiful store and the shopping afterwards was fun - I am really pleased with my new glasses. I am looking forward to the next event!

My friend and I had a lovely evening at the cocktail masterclass. We had a glass of fizz on arrival from the great hosts Annabel and Maisie. Neil made the tutorials fun and added to the buzzing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the event!

Such a treat to go to the cocktail making masterclass at my local Neptune. From the moment I walked in, hosts Maisie and Annabel were warm and welcoming. In the lovely atmosphere of one of the store’s stunning kitchen spaces, Neil taught us how to make three delicious cocktails (definitely adding the strawberry daiquiri to my limited repertoire). With a little late night shopping too, against which our cocktail class tickets were redeemable, it was a brilliant value and fun evening.

The cocktails masterclass was a brilliant evening. Annabel and Maise were really lovely as hosts and created an absolutely amazing ambiance. I really enjoyed it! Shopping and cocktails is a great combination. Can't wait for the next one.

My daughter and I had a wonderful evening at Neptune Bath learning how to paint abstract landscapes. Laura was was a brilliantly talented host who made the evening so enjoyable and relaxed, it was throughly enjoyable and as always it was lovely to spend an evening in the gorgeous interiors of Neptune.

Participated in the Abstract Landscape painting workshop with Laura, who is a teacher who supports her students to go beyond what they thought was possible! Brilliant, inspiring and experimental.
The Neptune staff were so helpful too -would highly recommend it to get the experience of something special.

The Bath store is beautiful, and the team is lovely. We were assisted by Beth. She was extremely professional and kind with us, from ordering to delivery, she was there, patient and always willing to help.

What a beautiful showroom in Bath. Popped in on Tuesday to choose some fabric samples for a new sofa and paint swatches for our new living room. We were assisted by Maisie who was so knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back to place my order soon

Bespoke dresser (v expensive) delivered twice in faulty condition. We were left without a dresser (having disposed of our old one) for two times one week + so all contents on kitchen table.. Would have expected a replacement instead of repairs. Customer Service a disaster. See my correspondence. No real apology and nothing at all from store from whom it was ordered.

I attended an abstract landscape painting workshop hosted at Neptune Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole event - Laura Richards the artist was so friendly, she put everyone at ease and was so encouraging. I love the Neptune store, the setting was great and felt like we were in someone’s home. The Neptune hosts were lovely and very welcoming. I will definitely be looking out for other events being hosted here!

The customer service that I was given from start to delivery of my furniture was first class. Very helpful lady showing me suitable items in the Bath shop. Quick and efficient delivery information and follow up. Big shout out to the delivery men. They were lovely and took their shoes off before walking on the carpet, they gave me clear information on how to clean my oak and couldn’t do enough to help, they even put the console table in its new place for me and took all of the packaging away. Loving everything Neptune 😀

What a fantastic evening. We got to learn and try delicious English wines in a lovely room decorated by all things Neptune! Thank you to the team who were amazingly friendly and sent emails ahead of time and I was able to let them know I'd be a little late.

Mood board class at Neptune in Bath yesterday, it was amazing, I highly recommend if they run more. Everything is at your finger tips including support and guidance with great recommendations.

Annabel and Clare at Neptune Bath are a total joy! Went to a moodboard workshop today for £10 to get inspiration for our guest room that we’re decorating and it was a wonderful morning that generated some great ideas. I can highly recommend neptune bath for this type of event, or for their design services which we’ve used throughout our home (only £150 per room, redeemable off anything you buy!). The designers are just fantastic and no ask is too much. Huge thanks for a lovely event, Amy x

Absolutely loved the workshop this morning! Thank you so much. Learnt a lot and it was a really fun relaxed morning. Doing in the store was also great food for thought so a win all round.
