Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We’re Neptune.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Disappointed

After waiting over three months for delivery when the items were delivered they took the packaging off outside in the lane which was muddy ( bear in mind I’ve got a drives and I paid extra for white glove ) they dropped a cushion that got mud all over it, have reported to Neptune, it’s been two weeks and they haven’t even bothered to reply, overall very disappointed. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again.

Tracey was extremely helpful

Tracey was extremely helpful, engaging and knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy. We never felt pressured by her to buy anything and we had plenty of time together to make our decision carefully and slowly.
The Bath store is so well laid out, with plenty of opportunities to try out the furniture without any pressure to buy! The staff are very friendly and easy going! I would highly recommend this store. Thank you

Incredible customer service

I’ve always loved Neptune as a brand and the Bath store has long been a favourite of mine, so I was so grateful for the wonderful service I received on this occasion, even though I wasn’t able to visit in person.
The team kindly took my order over the phone and made the whole process seamless. Bea and Hayley were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout and when my son came in to collect the items, he was looked after so warmly too. Every interaction felt genuinely personal, professional and caring.
It’s rare to experience such consistently high service across different touchpoints and it truly reflects the quality and ethos of the Neptune brand. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience. I’ll absolutely continue to recommend and support Neptune and look forward to my next visit.

Neptune have a fantastic range of beautiful furniture and home accessories and the service has always been second to none. I’ve redecorated 3 rooms now and have always found wonderful things to fill the rooms with.

Working with all the team at Neptune…Kitchen refit

Working with all the team at Neptune made the whole experience of having a new kitchen fitted very easy. Their customer service was exemplary from design planning ideas, the whole fitting and snagging process, through to finishing touches and follow up. Beautiful lampshade at a good price

Having bought some furniture from Neptune last year, they sent us a £20 voucher which we put towards the purchase of a really nice lampshade.

Great service - Walton four poster bed

I ordered a bed from the Bath store. The staff were friendly and helped me with other things I was looking for. Overall, I’m more than happy with their customer service. I got a phone call a few days later to say the bed was ready for delivery on the 5th November. The delivery drivers were fantastic. They were very professional and friendly, I had Dan and Dave. They built the bed for me and took all the rubbish away.
The bed is beautiful and worth every penny, looks exactly as it does online.

I love Neptune but...

Placed an order for £10,000 ofgoods but found the experience pretty painful. The first lady in store in Bath was totally disinterested and said it might be easier to order online as we knew what we wanted but we persisted and got passed to a more helpful younger lady who recovered the situation. Appreciate £10k might not be a lot of money to some people but i felt as if they couldnt be bothered and was definatley one of the worst retail experiences - on a day when they had apaprently lots of head office people down - so head office seemed to trump genuine customer orders! not a great look.

Amazing advice and guidance from Abbi

Abbi was so helpful and gave me great ideas. She was very supportive and encouraging me I now feel so much more confident now and have such a clearer vision.
