I visited this place once with my wife and we couldn’t believe how bad the service was. The customers were treated like dirt like they don’t really care about your existence. I will not recommend this Neo Skin Uk for people, especially their shop in Manchester.

The experience is very enjoyable and the staff are very nice indeed. Btw all the "customers" giving a one star comment in this page are actually website bots coming from a Hong Kong social website - LIHKG with titled named : "[ 1星師召喚］ 英國小粉紅搞手足 需要你負評", which means "[1-star call] British Chinese-owned shop needs your negative review" in English, which aim at disrupting the normal operation of the shop operated by the Chinese owner. Hope that your company Trustpilot can ban all the untruthful comments in the page (those following the same pattern of giving one-star comment with bad intentions which can be proved by the website provided above) we also hope that Trustpilot can report the case to the British police force and arrest all the illegal LIHKG suspects living in UK.
