Have purchased twice in the past. Like Steve, I have reformatted my pc and cannot get it reactivated with any code. No, none, zippo response to emails.
Evidently have fallen victim to their own greed and lack of concern for customer service.
Can't even update their page from 2009. But I bet they will take your money. . .
The activation codes were great at first. Then had computer issues and had it reformatted. Been trying since Feb 26, 2011 to get working to no avail. Sent numerous emails but never got responses. Tried codes again with current version (which I have had) and they do not work.
THIS COMPANY DOCUMENTS THAT IT RESPONDS WITHIN 8 HOURS - USUALLY SOONER. I'M STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSES!
I actually bought the software back in 2008 and the keys worked fine. When the first two upgrades came out , the registration keys they sent also worked for awhile. Then late in 2009, the registration keys for the latest upgrades did not work. I wrote them a few times and no response.
They have vanished without a trace!
I purchased Tubehunter back in April and I was sent two registration codes. Both worked and the company was responding to my emails.
I tried reinstalling two months ago but the codes didn't work. I contacted every email on their website and even did a whois search to find the owners email. I did not get a single response to any of my emails (all five of them) and have now wasted my money.
I purchases a program from this company. They sent me an email with 2 registration codes - which should have alerted me as to how they do business.
Neither one of those codes worked, so I sent them an email. They replied with more codes, also nonfunctional. Since then, they've been ignoring my emails, and I've wasted time and money talking to them.
This happened back in June, so it's really starting to smell like scam to me.
Stay away from them!
Should they happen to correct the situation, I'll update my post, but it's been 5 months - I"m not holding my breath.
