Neon was really easy to approach and to communicate with, and the design that we got exceeded our expectations (we have quite a complex logo). The process was explained throughout, and questions asked were easy to understand and to answer. That level of detail meant we got exactly what we needed. This was the first time that I'd ordered such a light and Neon made the whole process easy. A great company to deal with.

Update: 2 Years after fitting, the Neon has been switched on for 10 Hours a day. It still looks as brilliant as it did the day it arrived. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great service when it came to communication from the office but wasn't clearly advised that a specialist was required for correct installation rather than our electrician. It was in the small print somewhere but as a novice would have appreciated being warned of the consequences and given recommendations.
