No results after 6 months – refund refused
I have been using Neofollics products consistently for over 6 months, including Anti Grey Tablets, Serums, Shampoo and Beard Growth Serum.
I followed the recommended routine carefully and even combined it with a dermaroller.
Unfortunately, I experienced no visible improvement in scalp hair or grey hair reduction. The only minor effect was a slight increase in density in already existing beard areas, which does not justify the cost or the expectations created by the product claims.
After raising this with customer support, I was told that:
results may vary
I should continue using the products
and that I am not eligible for a refund because I was not enrolled in their “Result Guarantee Programme”
This programme requirement was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, which makes the refusal of any refund highly questionable.
In total, I spent several hundred euros with no meaningful results.
I expected a more transparent and customer-oriented approach.
Despite multiple purchases and long-term use, I received no meaningful results and no fair resolution from customer support.
I am sharing this to help other potential customers make an informed decision.

Once the customs process is completed, the parcel should continue its journey. Due to the holiday period and the increased workload at customs, delays can unfortunately occur, but these usually return to normal after the festive season.

Shampoo and conditioner did not work for me. I lost more hair than I did with my previous shampoo/conditioner. But I kept using it hoping that with time, it will get better, but it didn't.

Anti gray hair serum does not work
I tried the anti gray hair serum and I'm fifty years old and only have small gray areas around the sides. I used it for more than 90 days and no difference at all. I might even have more gray hair than before. Formula doe not work. I placed a review on their website and they removed it, which says enough. One big hope scam, it does not work at all.

Didn’t Work for Grey Hair & Caused Hair Loss
I had high hopes for their grey hair treatment after seeing all the claims about reducing grey hair. Unfortunately, after using it for several months as directed, I didn’t see any difference at all in my grey hair.
What really worried me though was the hair loss. Before I started, I’d lose maybe 50 to 70 hairs a day (which is pretty normal), but after using the Anti-Grey Serum and Tablets, my hair started falling out much more—easily over 150 hairs a day. It became very noticeable and quite stressful.
I reached out to the their CS to let them know, and while they were polite and did offer me a 25% refund as a goodwill gesture, they said they’ve never had this kind of complaint before and wouldn’t link the hair loss to their product without medical proof.
I’ve stopped using the products now and will be speaking to a doctor, but honestly, this wasn’t the experience I expected. It may work for others, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it at all and I wish I’d been more cautious before buying.
Just sharing my honest experience for anyone else considering it.

Neofollics ruined my nails
After using Neofollics Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo, Lotion and the Supporting Tablets for about 1 month, my nails suddenly started to peel and cracked very easily. I got stuck with my nails all the time and couldn't keep them short enough. It took a while until I suspected my shampoo. The nails got better after I stopped the Neofollics treatment and applied some Hard As Hoof Nail Balm.
Why would I apply something as aggressive as Neofollics on my scalp if it damages my nails?

Honestly....
I've been getting these automated email saying "it's been × months since you started....". But really it'll only be 4 months on March 18. But here's my honest review. I use the shampoo/conditioner/lotion once daily. The shedding has not slowed down and there's no signs of any regrowth whatsoever. It's really disappointing because i switched from DS Labs/Revita to Neofollics because their website had promising and positive info. With Revita, the shedding was minimal to none, but no regrowth. That's why I gave Neofollics a try. I'm willing to keep going to the 6 month mark, maybe even a year. Also my specific scenario and individual scalp condition could be incompatible with Neofollics. Who knows. I hope at the 6 month mark, it'll start turning positive.

Wow some terrible reviews
Wow some terrible reviews, but this isn’t my experience . I am using the system of hair serum, shampoo and mask for acne and spots in my hair. Have had no success with any other company, it’s been just over a month and my spots are not gone but they are less angry and there starting to look like there healing, think it’s gonna take a few more months to fully help but my head isn’t itching anymore. Think then the not itching has helped the spots on the back of my head. Would be great if they did totally go but it is going on the right direction. Good formulations, good customer service and an ace product. So glad I took a punt at this company from a google search and sticking with it as no other product has worked and the 3 products I have seem to be working so for me I am happy that my head has stopped itching.

Massive disappointment and even worse hair shedding
I have been using the Neofolics hair serum for over three month due to extreme hair shedding. The serum did not help with neither the shedding, now with new hair growth. Quite the contrary actually - I have had the worse hair loss since I started using Neofolics. The serum made ma hair sticky and rough and my scalp really sore. I do not recommend this product. I still have one bottle left which I will not even bother opening :(
