I like your modo youre essentially ING direct 2.0 lol but thats not a bad thing .. the main concerns i have is the card works 40% of the time on tap .. i always have to pull out my MBNA to complete my transactions .. im sure if you check my historical log you will notice the card being charged amny times without success

Look I’m not going to sit here and write about how the Neo reviews you see are false, but they don’t paint the entire story I’ll tell you that. Yes sometimes things don’t work out well for SOME people, but reaching out to support and in the correct way, will 99.99% of the time fix your problem. Honestly the way I see it, Neo makes banking feel good again. Had a bad experience? Give a fresh try with open eyes, yes stay alert if you want but if anything is not working, reach to support, I promise you they will do their best to help out, there’s also the discourse groupe filled with insightful information. 1Y+ and going strong, keep it up Neo :)

I’ve banked with Neo for a little over a year now and I was sold after the first month! They have a cashback option that I love and their customer service is amazing! I’ve never been on hold longer than 5 mins. In saying that I’ve only had to call twice and that was for something on my end! Neo is amazing!

The finalcial service are appropriate for someone who just begin tu use financial service, i just think should be clear if are any cash withdrawal free (no pay commissions) there will be nice if are any, and also imform if are any strategy alliance with stores, companies where can bring more benefits to the customers
