Aftalen der betaler sig!

En serviceaftale hos Nellemann omfatter vedligeholdelse af bilen i henhold til fabrikkens forskrifter, samt udgifter til uforudsete nedbrud og reparationer. Du betaler et fast månedligt beløb via PBS, som beregnes ud fra bilmodel, aftalens løbetid og kilometertal i perioden.

En standard serviceaftale omfatter disse punkter:

Very poor service mind

There were 3 staffs in the reception, but, no one could help, It was very bad experience from them, the staff was pretending busy and avoiding give service . They were too much lazy, I got my car service until I was actually forced to tell them that they kept me waiting too long.
Der var 3 stabe i receptionen, men ingen kunne hjælpe, det var meget dårlig erfaring fra dem, personalet foregiver optaget og undgå at give service. De var for dovne, jeg fik min bil service, indtil jeg faktisk var tvunget til at fortælle dem, at de holdt mig venter for længe.

Ny bil - meget flot salgsservice

I just bought a new Kia Rio with Nellemann car dealer. Initially I came to test drive Kia Picanto, but ultimately changed my mind to Rio. I enjoyed a very good service by Samantha, who was patient and knowledgeable to answer all the questions from me and my wife and also arranging for 2 test drives. Very professional execution of the paperwork, communication and overall friendly atmosphere in the car-room. Less than a week from contract to drive-away. Feeling delighted as an owner and customer. Looking forward to enjoy the same level of care and professionalism from serviceteam, if and when I will need help.

Great service and professionalism.

I bought a brand new car from the group and the seller was very helpfull and caring with my needs. 5 stars for the whole group. You will not be dissapointed by the service they provide. Caring and competent personal! Good job!
