Honestly blown away! I’ve used a different smile company in the past and I didn’t have a great experience. My first impressions were rejected but the team were super helpful from start to finish, my second kit cost next to nothing! The team kept me updated, they even reviewed pictures of my second impressions before I sent them back. They’ve kept in touch at every point and have been amazing! My veneers arrived and they’re were a little loose, I sent them back for alterations and between sending them back and getting them back it was less than 72 hours with noticeable alterations! They’re amazing, I’m so happy…and no, I’m not partnered with them, I’m not an influencer just an honest reviewer! 😍 love them, thank you so much! I went for the straight and fake look in the BL3 natural whitened shade. Thank you for giving me my confidence back guys!

I have always seen my regular teeth as an obstical, and I know if I’ve ever smiled properly since my wedding in 2012, I’ve got used to not smiling for anything or anyone.
I honestly wished I had known about “Need That Smile” before now. These teeth are a new beginning for me, and everyone has noticed how good they are, I hadn’t told anyone I was having the teeth sent, and my teeth weren’t too bad from my dentist but they didn’t fit properly and they were so uncomfortable, I just couldn’t wear them. “Need That Smile” have given me the chance to smile again, I love them, I just need to practice smiling again.

Ordered my clip in veneers and had the impression kit delivered the next day, sent them back unfortunately it took 3 attempts for my uppers but bottom accepted straight away.
Received my veneers today ahead of the estimated delivery date by a whole week and the fit perfectly, I made a slight adjustment on the upper set but nothing massive and was so easy to do! Love my new smile! Thank you need that smile!! Absolutely fantastic service

I bought these ready for my wedding as my real teeth cant be saved in time..and wow they was so quick so easy to get sorted..easy to mould good instructions and came back within like a week..super chuffed with them and would definitely recommend I went for straight and fake bright white and they look incredible..thankyou so much need that smile

I am having the worst experience with need that smile. Unfortunately I got sucked in to trusting them through a tik tok influencer. Paid £300 for upper and lower super thin veneers.
The first set I received didnt fit at all, yoi could still see the top of my natural teeth. So I paid to send them back for an alteration. They arrived a week later and were even worse than the first set. Fit one side but exposed half my teeth on the other side, one tooth bulging out, the top were sharp and they looked warped and see through. They dont offer refunds so have had to pay to send them back again. Nobody to speak to, customer service on whatsapp is automated and directs to back to website. Ive wasted 300 for veneers that claim to look natural (they don't) and they cant even get the fit right.

Was very very skeptical about ordering these as I thought they would end up looking absolutely ridiculous but I was wrong! They are absolutely amazing!! I ordered super thins natural white straight and fake. Very highly recommend!

Ive hated my teeth since a child due to having a medical conditions as a baby the medication affected my big teeth when they came through and all the enamel came away. I've never smiled on photos and have always been so conscious of my teeth. I ordered the top and bottom set off need that smile and it couldn't of been easier to do, they got back to me so fast if I had any questions and honestly I absolutely love them! I have so much more confidence now and love smiling for photos!

Very happy with my new teeth. Easy to do impressions and return, quick delivery, and after using the free alterations service (as top were slightly to big) i have completed set. Colour match was great very close to my natural teeth shade. I would definitely recommend to anyone who cant have dental implants like myself, due to having crumbling bones in my jaw bones. Great value for money.
