I love dealing with need that smile. Adam is so helpful and supportive throughout the journey and you can message them about any concerns or questions you have and you get a reply instantly! Shipping has been very quick too and my teeth are perfect! I have always struggled with my image since leaving school and since I found need that smile it’s changed my whole personality. I’m a lot more confident and outgoing now than I used to be! Plus I get so many compliments on my teeth! Thank you Adam and the team!

My ex partner got me these after seeing them on Facebook about 5 years ago and honestly I’ve been with these guys ever since! I just buy myself a new set every 6 months even though they still look brand new, I think I have a clip in veneer addiction �� I wear the bl3 on a daily basis at work etc but on nights out I wear the bl1 so they’re extra bright ��

I’m really happy with my clip-in veneers. The whole process was great and very easy from start to finish Communication was excellent and they kept me updated the entire time. On top of that the veneers arrived before the due date which was a nice surprise I’m very satisfied with the quality and overall experience and would definitely recommend them.

Just want to say the way these guys dealt with my order from start to finish was nothing but amazing, very impressive also the clip ins turned up within 24hours of being ready and they look and feel amazing, getting married this year and currently saving for my teeth to be done but for the time being these are a great affordable option. Received my clip in veneers a few weeks back and I love them, the process of doing the moulds is straight forward, they kept in constant contact with me through the process and once they arrived they fit perfectly over my teeth, a little lisp for a few days but that soon goes away, they have given me a great deal of confidence back I just need to get use to smiling again now 😁

I absolutely can not fault my teeth in any way! They’re so comfortable to wear, really easy to put in and get used to aswell. I’ve had so many compliments and even people thinking they’re real veneers. The extra confidence boost from them is unreal, couldn’t recommend needthatsmile anymore! Also the support and customer service, with any queries and and questions, is to a high standard.

Happy Customer. Following the videos that show how to take impressions was helpful and made this alot easier. Fabulous Customer service, with updates on progress of product being made and shipped. Fast and easy postage. So happy with the final product. They fit perfectly. Delivery was prompt. I ordered upper and lower set of bright white natural shape. I am extremely happy with them. After doing plenty of research and seeing mixed opinions about clip-in veneer companies, I decided to go with Need That Smile - and overall, I’m glad I did.

The impression process was the most challenging part. Getting the moulds right isn’t as easy as it looks, and I quickly realised how important accuracy is. I used up the original moulding putty and had to reorder more, but once I tried again, my second attempt was spot-on and matched their guidelines perfectly.

Honestly, I think a lot of negative reviews come down to poorly made impressions. If the moulds aren’t accurate, the fit will never be right. My impressions were accepted on the first return, and my clip-ins arrived just a few days later.

First impressions of the veneers? They do look thin (almost like novelty plastic) but that’s necessary for them to look natural and not bulky. While I do think the price is steep (they’d feel more fairly priced around £50 - £60), the difference they make is undeniable. They’re a quick, non-invasive solution without the cost or commitment of dental surgery.

Bottom line: The process was straightforward, the results are impressive, and the only real hurdle is getting those moulds perfect. For anyone looking for an affordable, temporary smile upgrade, I’d recommend them.

I was so apprehensive on buying these veneers but now I have them it’s like wow I can smile again with confidence. Simple to do and amazing customer service, helped me every step of the process. I highly recommend anyone to try this product because it does change your confidence.

OK, so from a background in sales, prided in customer service, just received a phone call from Adam at need that smile, to be honest would normally not change a review, however appreciate Adam taking the time out to call and rectify the current issue, will update again when process completed, to be fair there is issues around the country at the moment with parcel in general, so for the time being, Appreciate Adam reaching out in my book that's going the extra mile, which in many occasions can make or break customers service.
