Terrible , tradesperson did not turn up , no notification from the company , I had to source another plumber in this case , was offered by gethelp another attempt to book a tradesperson , Under their conditions because I cancelled the appointment ( tradesperson didn't turn up ) My refund had an almost £20 admin fee taken off ! HOW CAN I BE PUNISHED FOR GETHELPs FAILURE? Please be aware of this .

I was charged quote plus 75 for the job which was very unclear while choosing the type. Website mentioned 'pay 75 to reserve the job and the remaining amount to the tradeperson'. And the tradesperson claimed 75 is to reserve the job and will not be deducted from his quote
