The person who installed the cupboard was extremely efficient and installed the cupboard within 2,5 hours. He was very friendly and cleaned up the mess after finishing work. He was worth every penny.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The floor fitter insisted on full payment for each room before the work was actually finished, and after taking the money he repeatedly delayed returning to complete the job. The flooring was left unfinished, and I had to deal with ongoing excuses for why he couldn’t come back as agreed.

He also insisted that I pay him directly, saying that NeedHelp would not transfer his payments for months. Because of this, I am unable to claim any reimbursement through NeedHelp, and they have since confirmed that they cannot assist due to the payment being made outside their platform.

Communication became even more difficult when he later claimed he had lost his phone, leaving me to contact him through his girlfriend instead. Eventually, I was forced to re-advertise the job on a different platform.

Multiple independent tilers have since inspected the work and identified several serious issues, including:

Tiles laid directly onto floorboards with no backer boards

No primer applied to the living room floor

Tile pattern not straight or aligned

Random and inconsistent grout spacing

Cement-based adhesive applied directly to the floorboards, meaning the tiles will eventually loosen

As a result, I’ve had to pay a professional a substantial amount to fix the problems and completely redo the living room. I will likely need other rooms redone as well due to the improper installation methods used. This has created additional costs for labour, materials, and replacement tiles—expenses I should never have had to incur.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this floor tiler. The combination of poor communication, unfinished work, and substandard installation has caused significant stress and financial loss.

The webtool allows to request offer only for ONE article and that's not always practical.
Depending on the link you use you are connected to different versions of the webtool. One of them had price indication for the job (very useful!) but the other one didn't.

Pefect assembly of furniture, no faults at all. Yannick was also very fast, 50 minutes in total and also a very clean worker. I would highly recommend Yannick.
