I strongly advise against using this service based on my experience.
The main issue is that transfers simply remain pending without progressing, and there is no clear explanation of why this happens.
Email support is polite and genuinely tries to help, but ultimately cannot resolve the underlying issues. In contrast, the chat support was unhelpful and at times stopped responding altogether, which left the situation unresolved.
Overall, the system feels unstable and unreliable when it comes to executing basic transfers.
As a final note, I would advise not to be drawn in by the high interest rates as the main attraction.

Very simple app to use
Very simple app to use, very visual supply and borrow rates before taking out a loan, I have been using Nebeus for nearly two years now and I haven't had any issues with borrowing or repaying my loans.

Super slow customer service
I was looking forward to giving Nebeus a try despite the reviews about how slow and unhelpful their customer service could be. Sad to say, the reviews are mostly accurate. Customer service can be quite helpful but they generally take forever to answer any questions or to complete anything. As a result, this has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with any exchange. Im likely to pass up on this platform.

Nebeus is great

They do things the legal way and trust worthy way and make sure your in safe with the law with them and in your country. It's not a scam and they will help you no matter how much money you put into your Nebeus account and they treat you with care and you can look them up and see that they are legit.

Overall happy to find a company that pays a good interest rate on stable coins. I have however had terrible trouble getting answers to the tax situation. In the renting program, it shows my daily earnings and also an amount that is held back for tax purposes.A I live and pay taxes in France I have asked several times for clarification about what happens to the withheld money as I need to work out my tax liability. I have never got a straight answer. I have asked for an annual tax report which now shows how much I have earned in interest for tax year 2025 which shows no tax. What has happened to the tax that has been held back as when I calculate the daily earnings it is short of the 13% that should be paid. Am awaiting a reply but am not confident of getting a detailed response.
