I ordered the Neals Yard / Morris’s &Co hand soap and hand lotion and it exceeded all my expectations. It’s comes in lovely glass bottles with a William Morris design frontage. An absolute gem of a shop and staff
My experience was absolutely brilliant. The only down sides were that the shop is easy to miss but I caught it only with the smell from the diffuser. Plus the most popular teas were out of stock which is frustrating as I bought something else but don’t quite like it and now it’s just sat there. The person serving was amazing. She had all the knowledge of oils I wanted to buy but sadly the shop was out of stock with diffusers and the only that was there was quite an ugly design I would not have bought . The quality of the products is excellent and the staff member was knowledgeable and fully attentive. I will go back and start buying products when I am in need of them and spend that bit extra for the brand

I thought I bought a organic product …
I thought I bought a organic product but it is contain xanthan gum. I will not touch this product again. Be careful when you buy so call organic and Natural. Better product out on the market not worth over £70 this order .I will appreciate to have a refund for the misleading the market product. Shame I is not a option to upload the pictures with the ingredients in this site.
