Helpful staff, offered tea even though they didn’t have the tea bags I wanted in stock.
But sooo important to have an actual shop as I do not shop online.

Absolutely love the helpful, savvy women who work at the Islington/Upper Street branch who have long guided me towards excellent products. The Wild Rosehip beauty serum, one of their recommendations of a couple of years back (which I've since bought repeatedly), is incredible, superior in all ways, especially for those of us with sensitive skin.

The quality of the products
The quality of the products, simply gorgeous. The packing very good. Ordering online simple and information about the products and how to use them very good. My only disappointment is the rewards system whereby the purchase I made at the same time as joining the loyalty scheme wasn't applied.
