They do not live up to their promises.
Ordered and had a Garador up-and-over door fitted and paid £1100 in May 2021. Three months later the door failed when the cables came off the runners. Rang them and after a number of attempts spoke to Paul. I explained that the door was stuck half open and was insecure. Paul said that they were fully booked until September but said that he would try and get me some help and ring me back. he didn't. Rang again the following day with my garage containing tools freezer and much more insecure. Paul said that they had an asbestos problem and that took priority. Suggested I cut the cables and close the door. Then got a call from Jack who said that he would get someone to me the following day. Next day the chap who had fitted the door arrived and when I told him about cutting the cables he was amazed. Said that this was extremely dangerous as the cables were under spring tension and could cause serious injury. (Opined that Paul was an idiot who worked in the office.) On 5th. of October 2022 I found a rubber stop and a bold on the ground and could not see where they had come from. Rang NDC to try and see if I could rectify the problem myself but got no answer so asked to be called back on the answering
machine. The did not call back. Same thing yesterday. Same thing today. They have no concept of customer service nor of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which I intend to use to take them to the County Court should I not get satisfaction.
