great communication after sale with emails , easy to arrange collection , quick response to confirm collection , picked up from Doncaster site , plenty of safe parking , Elliott was helpful from the start , picking my order and marking everything off as we go along , signing paperwork at the end , all in all a good experience

My first auction with this company and my experience couldn't be the worst, out of my auctions won not all arrived, some arrived in different days, for a company that do this for years, loose costumer lots and send them different lots and above all come up with lame excuses, it's really sad.

From start to finish the whole process was spot on, the auction was very straight forward then collection even easier the team were efficient and got the lots out quick. Also big thanks to Gav who even helped correctly pack my order in the vehicle to make the most out of the space. All round perfect

The website, bidding system and item details were well-organised and invoice, payment details and collection information followed quickly after the bidding was completed.

Although I should have read the terms beforehand, the 20% VAT, 20% buyer premium (plus VAT) and "carry out charge" (plus more VAT of course) meant the £340 price was actually £518.

VAT aside and as a buyer, some of these fees are a bit excessive in my opinion.

Definitely something worth factoring in when bidding.

I won a number of lots at auction which were to be collected from a hotel in Glasgow. Without the help of the NCM guys on site I would have been well and truly knackered. The guys bent over backwards to help not just myself, but other people who were also there to collect. It was an arduous task and these chaps could have stood back and watched, but they grafted hard and went out of their way to help.

Roger & the team were brilliant, easy collection of my items and great customer service all round!
