The product wasn't filled properly

Customer service is so arrogant and deliberately obstructionist. They ignore what you say and keep parroting the same disengenious statement.
And like others having the same bad experience, I do not believe their Google reviews in the slightest.

I can’t recommend Na’vi organic enough! I love that lots of the products are wild harvested. I’m a big fan of many products, my favourites are the pine pollen and cistanche!

I came across Na'vi Organics by chance while looking for really well sourced genuine quality natural mushroom powders. I fell in love with the website and many of the products and am slowly trying them for my needs. So far early days but I feel the mushroom powders made into a warm drink are already giving me more energy. Also the Wild Honey is really special. Lovely and quite delicious!

To date have ‘only’ purchased ‘Cacao Heavenly Cacao Drops - Hispaniola Fermented Beans’ as ingredient for raw medjoul date brownies. Extravagant perhaps but I’m worth it and the drops are delicious if like your dark chocolate very dark!!

I have purchased few products from Na'vi Organics and very pleased with. Honey is amazing and I know so as I grew up with organic honey/food and therefore recognise a good quality one. The miso paste I bought it is excellent; gives the soup a lovely taste and can see how the quality is different from other brands I purchased in the past (in terms of texture and taste) + will last for a while (generous size).
