Quick and easy
This was my first time needing insurance, like most people I called at least a dozen places. I spoke with Brittany and she explained everything and helped me to get on the road quickly, working with me along every step and answering my endless questions. Ultimately I chose this company for their efficiency and great customer service. In a perfect world one wouldn't have to pay for motorcycle liability during the unrideable winter months, but that's life ;)

Horrible service and very high rates
Never once returned phone calls or emails about issues with insurance slips, even when I inquired about switching to a new company who had much much lower rates I never received a phone call back.
