Order not received and refund still pending.
Order placed 27 November 2025.
February 1st, 2026, I have still not received the package, a refund, or any proof that the package has been delivered.
The shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but the goods were never received. The seller has not provided any documentation showing that the parcel was physically delivered to me or to an authorised third party.
After several weeks of correspondence, the seller refused to issue a refund unless I signed a legal declaration in French for the carrier.
I formally requested a refund and set a clear deadline. The deadline expired without any response.
As of 24 January 2026, I have still neither received the goods nor been refunded.
I have now initiated recovery via my payment provider.
This review reflects non-delivery and failure to refund within a reasonable timeframe.
