We have used Nautilus on a number of occasions over the years. They are also very helpful, knowledgeable and have always managed to deliver the boat that we want for our sailing holidays. The Nautilus team have bags of sailing knowledge and have visited many of the locations that they offer. They provide all of the knowledge and support that you could need in selecting a sailing holiday and then any necessary support in making the final arrangements before you go. Once in territory we have always found their local support to be helpful and competent. When we have needed Nautilus' back-up from afar, they have delivered. We bareboat charter and Nautilus have always found the boat that we have wanted.

This year we booked a trip to the British Virgin Islands with Nautilus. Service and support were as expected. The BVIs are an amazing place to sail. Amazingly relaxed but with plenty of wind for quick and safe passages. I can thoroughly recommend the British Virgin Islands, especially through Nautilus.

Amazing trip to Croatia booked through Naultilus. I have chosen Nautilus for several years. Both for Flotilla and Bareboat. They have always given great service and we have enjoyed many amazing holidays.

Fantastic sailing holiday in Sardinia. The yacht was perfect and both Nautilus and Boomerang were really helpful, especially when we had some unexpected crew changes.

Another flawless performance by the team at Nautilus. This is my 15th charter with them, and I come back time after time for the same reasons. They select good fleets, they employ and retain the right team members and they look after you through the journey whatever happens. What more can I say apart from thank you.

The flotilla holiday in Corfu was the best I have ever been on. The base was small but effectively managed. The boat was spotless and well maintained. The lead crew were excellent, the skipper Morgan was very professional but also sociable and approachable. A fabulous week.

Great communication from the team, from the booking all the way until the end of the holiday. Information and advice was relevant and helpful, the boat was superb. A great introduction to bareboat sailing.

We booked through Nautilus, and our boat was provided by Euronautic in Pirovac, Croatia. The organisation and booking experience were great, Nautilus staff are really helpful. Some of the Euronautic staff were a little abrupt (the boat brief was extremely brief!) - but probably just a bit of cultural/language difference. Great boat, good condition (although we were a bit surprised that the boat didn't have a holding tank, meaning we couldn't use the toilet when in anchorages where people swim - check the boat spec before you book!). We spent our week sailing around the Kornati National Park - a really beautiful area. We chipped the gelcoat on our rudder so had to claim on the indemnity insurance - which was done with no fuss at all - again, excellent staff at Nautilus.

Efficient, courteous and great service

We have organised a two week sailing holiday with Nautilus. The level of customer service that we have received right from our very first enquiry has been excellent. Staff even responded at the weekend and have been extremely informative, proactive and very knowledgeable. We have booked one week of RYA training with a skipper on a yacht in Croatia, followed by a flotilla holiday from a neighbouring port. Russell, Cheryl, Isla, and Hannah need a special mention, as they have all been brilliant with the organisation of our bespoke trip. Cheryl has been so helpful re. All the documentation required and given kind support when using the portal. She has also followed up and been extremely kind and conscientious, ensuring that everything is prepared and organised for our two week sailing trip.

The best service I have ever experienced. A very efficient team always ready to answer questions and help when they can.

A good experience. All well organised by Nautilus from start to finish. For a regular charter skipper it’s important for timings to run smoothly, like a well oiled machine.
Nautilus select charter companies with a high standard and are always supportive.

Everything was faultless from beginning to end . I have used Nautilus in the past, and most certainly will again .

We spent a long time choosing our Nautilus sailing itinerary, to pick places we wanted to visit and avoid those we had visited before.
On arrival, out the 5 moorings on our trip only one was in the itinerary we booked. We were pre-warned at the time of booking that one mooring would have no water or electricity. Instead we had three with neither water or electricity, and they were on consecutive days. Not having a ‘proper mooring’ meant we had to be called in as early as 1pm as it took so long for 10 boats to be tied together on rocks. So we missed the only time sailing ever occurred ( afternoons). Hours were spent just bobbing around waiting for our turn to be called in every day.
Despite this we still were told which taverna we had to eat in, and were not allowed to choose for ourselves. Group meals were also made compulsory, not all people want to do this.
Our boat had no bedroom fans and were sweltering at night. Speaking to other people on flotillas (with Ionian sailing and sunset sailing) did not have any of the above issues.
Having voiced my complaint to customer services ( Gillian) they offered 5% discount on my next booking!!! I don’t think they had read my letter, especially as I mentioned 2 companies where guests did not have any of the issues we had with Nautilus.
While there we asked why the itinerary was changed so much they said it was because it ‘was so busy’ but as I said non of the other sailing flotillas had any of theirs changed at all. We booked our trip 10 months in advance.

We booked an odysseus flotilla holiday and having never been on a yachting holiday I found that jess and steven were not only great sailors but amazing hosts. I felt at ease,relaxed and confident that whatever happened they would deal with it. And they did have a few challenges with weather and boats which they took in their stride , dealing with it with aplomb and dexterity. Always taking charge when required and saving the day, not only for odysseus yachts but other boats in the harbour selflessly. They are a credit to the company and prized ambassadors. Well done and thankyou for an amazing holiday

Stephen and Jessica were so knowledgeable and approachable and made the holiday for us all. We will be booking again next year.

Lovely people, and had lots of advice. The resort support was great when the boat broke twice. Unfortunately, I will not be booking again. I have been around boats/owner for over 20 years. The one rule you need to adhere to is maintenance. If boats are not well maintained, the job list will soon mount up. It was a lovely trip. However, as a sailor it was very frustrating to watch others sail you we were not able to for 5 days of the 12 we chartered. I did get a small contribution back (thank you) and some fuel. However, this did not detract from the poor quality of the boat. My fault for not checking the maintenance record. In our case the mast needed to be removed and of course the boat needed to be lifted once we returned to the UK.
