Great

Booked the hotel, flights and transfers in one package to visit Gran Canaria. Everything was great. They responded quick on email when I had a question.

Terrible travel agency

On the occasion of our twenty years of living in Barcelona, my wife and I decided to travel around Andalusia from December 3 to 8 2023, from the travel agency Natalia. We were accommodated in the town of Santa Fe near Granada in the BSCapitulacionecs hotel with an application for four stars. However, the hotel does not even deserve two stars. The walls are shabby, the furniture is old and broken, there are holes in the floor through which rats can travel, hot water in the rooms appeared sporadically (photo attached). We stayed at the hotel for five nights and traveled between the cities of Cordoba, Seville and Malaga by bus. The group was large, more than 60 people. The guide Edurne (+34 647 65 14 19) was careless about her duties and constantly gave conflicting information to the group members. She was engaged in bribery: she collected money supposedly to pay for local guides, although the services of guides according to the vouchers were included in the price. Tickets for a boat on the river in Seville cost 10 € per person, and we collected 15 euros per person. The guide ignored our request to oblige the two coughing and sneezing passengers to wear individual masks; as a result, by the end of the trip, half of the bus passengers were sick. Instead of traveling to Malaga, we were taken to the city of Ronda, which was not on the tour package, making a 200-kilometer detour. There was nothing to see in this city except the bridge. As a result, we were only in Malaga for 2 hours, naturally we didn’t really have time to see anything. In general, the organization and execution of the trip was disgusting, although there is something to see in these cities, we did not see much. Smith Family
