Great experience.
With customer service and with delivery.

I have ordered on 4 seperate occasions. I order a vegan all natural liquid iron for my daughter which you cannot get in the US. Each time, I received what I ordered. I am in FL and the company is out of Spain. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because 2 of the bottles were broken (out of 5) when the shipment arrived, twice, however, the customer service team was on top of it and after I emailed and sent pictures, they refunded me for the broken bottles.

I ordered 2 pack of vitamins, I have never recieved my parcel, I can not track the parcel via the track number, I wrote an email, tomorrow I will call them. I did a huge mistake to order there. SCAM!

Worst ever! I ordered and I am from in the US and I never received my order! I asked for a refund and never received anything!
Poor customer service. I don't recommend

Item came in with a broken handle. I wrote to them twice with photos, no response from their customer service, it's been 2 to 3 weeks now.. disappointed..

I’ve made an order and received half of it. I immediately write them, write again and again. No answer. No another half of order. No money back. Awful

My order was not delivered and they said that the lost it on the way to my address and they were going to refund me. Over two months has gone since then and still nothing back on my account. Total scam.

They never delivered my parcel and they don't answer my emails. Be careful.

Ordered some joint medicatication in march. The order went through alright and shipped almost immediately, but then, because of an error of judgement by GLS wasn't delivered to me and my signature faked. It took a while but nauritas's customer service was super helpful and managed to send me a new order. If you got patience, I super recommend it given its convenient prices.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong product. I emailed them and left a messsage with their on-site questionnaire. Within 12 hours, the money was refunded to my account and I had an email to confirm the cancellation. Probably the quickest customer service response I have ever received.

I ordered twice from this website, the first order was fine. The second one I was charged twice and here’s how:
When I submitted my order I paid through PayPal, when the package came I was not home, my wife was, and she was charged the same amount by cash to receive the package by skynet, their delivery service. She didn’t know that I had already paid so she paid the amount without questioning and she got the package. The day after I contacted naturitas asking for a refund and they asked me to prove that I paid by cash by showing an invoice that I had paid in cash, but guess what, the invoice only says that I paid through PayPal, because that’s what I did! So no proof and no refund, but I paid twice!
Later on they ended up saying that the amount I was charged was for the custom fees, which i repeat it was exactly the same amount of the order I paid, and they said it was correct. You will end up paying twice what they tell you! I’ll never order again!

I just want to drop a review as before I received my package, I was horrified with the amount of horror stories here. The company is legit, that I could attest since I got everything I ordered in a total of 3 days. I did paid a few extra euros for a courier I know that's dependable (BRT). All in all, it went well. Minus 1 star because I ordered 3 bottles of fermented vegetables and they all tasted horrible but that must have been a personal taste because the reviews of those products on their site were glowing.

Naturitas in Barcelona Spain, i purchased DAO enzyme for histamine intolerance last year and the ingredients were a few, now in the new order we noticed the ingredients listed in the box are at least 25 including algae which is high in histamine!!! Dont trust this product…..

The price was very attractive compared to ohter similar products sold by other vendors . The product in question is rosemary leaf which I purchased to prepare tea. I know very well what rosemary tastes like, having drunk it many many times. Well, this does not taste like rosemary or if it does, very faintly. My idea is that it was mixed with something else, I'm pretty sure about that, hence the cheaper price than everyone else. I had to toss it. Very disappointed!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN HERE !!!! EVER!!!!!

I ordered Kimchi and they came damage, broken jar. I sent them 10 emails, no respond. The worst service I have never seen.

They state that from 50 CHF the shipping is for free. However at the checkout for orders above this amount, they still charge the cost for the delivery. When I asked them for an explanation, they replied with something completely different and vague (about time of delivery).

I have ordered from naturitas cosmetics that they stock and I'm struggling to find it anywhere else, I just received my stuff this morning very well packaged also few samples thrown in as a complement, after I purchased I got all updates immediately and the parcel left naturitas the next day, it took 6 days for stuff to arrive which is not long at all concidering some companies don't ship anything at all due to brexit! Really pleased and will use naturitas again for sure. Service 10 out of 10

This company is a scam, I only received the cheap part of my order, the second part never came. I have been chasing them for over a month and they keep blaming their courier. Nobody follows up either. They asked me to complete a form which no company has ever done. They never offered to send the products till this week when I said I would take action if this is not resolved soon. Shame the products are good and not easily found in London but the service is terrible
