I am truly impressed with this company's customer service as well as the quality of their products. I had purchased 2 of their products on Amazon and those products (Goat Milk and Salmon Oil) have really helped my Basset Hound. These are human grade products for a fraction of the cost compared to other brands. I wanted to order their pumpkin product, but Amazon said it was on backorder. I reached out directly to the company, and they responded to me within an hour to let me know their product was in stock and would ship the same day if I ordered at that time. I ordered 3 products and received them in less than a week. In my box there was a cute bag with a handwritten thank-you along with samples for 3 products that I haven't tried yet. WOW!!!! No one does this sort of thing anymore. I'm an operations manager for an E-commerce company and I was truly blown away by this company. Their customer service is 2nd to none! I'm thrilled to have found such great products at excellent prices and from an outstanding company. If you haven't tried them, you definitely should!!!
