Shipping times and customers support a big problem.

Bought a subscription for their potassium supplement. Paid for a shipping delivery of 4 days. After 6 days with no update or contact about delayed shipping I called customer support and was told it's not our problem it's a you and UPS problem?
When I canceled my subscription and requested a refund for my subscription purchase not received or delivered it was refused. I was told if it wasn't delivered in the next 7 to 10 days I could then start Nature's Brands refund process.
In my opinion, their products and shipping failures are no where near worth the hassles of actually receiving the products after paying for their products and shipping, especially after my good faith subscription!

No product support!!

I ordered the Henna Creme in Burgundy and the product did absolutely nothing. No color, no conditioning (my hair was much dryer). I contacted the company to ask for a refund and received no response and left a review which they chose not to post on their webpage. I would definitely never buy from this company.
