After ordering a product and not receiving it after two weeks, I've emailed them three times, and phone them multiple days with no replies. I ended up contacting PayPal to get a refund. I'm now questioning the validity of this company being legitimate.
Customer service is non existant
Customer service is non existant. No one answers the chat. No one answers the phone. No one replies to email.
There was a mistake in my order and I simply have no one to talk to. Avoid this site.
Complete waste of time
Placed an order only to be told over a week later that the item isn't in stock im the quantity I had ordered so they cancelled my order. I opened a chat online and emailed them to ask if they had any in stock at all as their website was still showing both items in stock. Only response I received was a request to review how they had responded to me? Complete wast of time and won't be using again.
Paid for order, ignored until I contacted my bank
I placed an order for two items on 17th December. I received an email confirmation and the money was taken from my account, but I was not provided with any tracking information.
On 19th December, I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery — no reply. I emailed again on 31st December, explaining that if I didn’t receive a response I would have no choice but to contact my bank and report the transaction as potential fraud — again, no reply.
I opened a case with my bank due to the complete lack of communication. Only then, on 5th January, did I finally receive an email from Nature’s Balance saying my order was “on its way”.
I did eventually receive the items, but the customer service was appalling. Being ignored repeatedly after payment was taken caused unnecessary stress and concern.
Because of this experience, I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Did not deliver. They seem to think they have. Ignoring emails. Phone numbers don’t exist. I claimed a refund via PayPal. Do not use them.

I’m glad I came here to check other people experiences. I waited 2 weeks with no delivery and customer service email blamed courier and then stopped replying and phone numbers don’t work. Someone here said they applied for refund via PayPal and refund is already on its way. People here much more helpful than customer service!

Cancelled order and increased the price then lied
First time to order with this company. Created an account. Added quantity 2 of an item costing £38.49 to my cart. Paid. Then 4 hours later I get an email stating the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock with no known stocking date. They also sent me a personal email:
'I trust you're doing well. I wanted to inform you that, regrettably, your recent order is impacted by inventory issues with our supplier, resulting in the item being out of stock. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since we don't have a specific restocking date, I've promptly processed a refund for your order #[edited out]. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The funds will be reimbursed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.'
So I looked on their web site and the item was still showing as in stock, but now the price was £62.49, which is 62% higher. So evidently they made a mistake with the listed price and that was the reason for cancelling the order, as they didn't want to sell it so cheaply. But rather than admit that and be honest, they decided to be disrespectful and lie to me. Obviously if I was to return later I'd see the price and realise they had lied, so it is rather disingenious. So I'm not very impressed with the level of professionalism here and won't be buying anything from them again. I wish I hadn't wasted my time creating an account on their site.
I was informed of a wrong tracking number. After I sent 2-3 email, I was told another track number to track my parcel. It took 14 days to receive my order.

Needed to change my delivery address and found it impossible to get a reply from the company by email or phone, none of the listed telephone numbers were valid.
Luckily the delivery company were in touch i was able to change address with them.
On a positive i did receive the kit within the specified time.

Complete lack of contact after my order had been received. I sent three emails enquiring about my order, and no one responded to them.
I was on the point of contacting my credit card company when I received notice of impending delivery.

This company cannot deliver on it's promise. I placed and order and didn't receive anything. After a fortnight I inquired and received no respone. I triggered an inquest on paypal upon which, I slowly received a reply and a partial shipment of the goods (more than 4 weeks late) but some items were still on 'back order'. I asked for these items to be refunded and am waiting to this day (3 months later) I recommend to not purchase from this seller.
