I have always like to shop at natural thinking, recently I did my yearly shopping, and missed out the 10% discount, and got my refund afterward, I truly appreciate your kindness for doing that. I do recommend your shop every chance I have.

Excellent service from the online chat.. I was having problems with the 2018 discount as it hadn't been taken off.. Then it appeared to be pending the completion of the payment.. I then had paid for the oils twice.. I went to the online chat and it was sorted out really quickly and efficiently

Excellent quality of EO’s, a little goes such a long way! And the customer service has been second to none. I had a query and a slight error on my order which was corrected immediately and with such consideration. I’m very impressed and will certainly be ordering here from now on.

Great group of people to work with, really fresh products ethically sourced and a wide variety of product options. Training is affordable and really effective and they offer help and support which is great if you are just starting out.

Always great service and receive my orders quickly (sometimes these have been sent out the day after placing my order). I love the products and have been using these for years now, I keep saying I will enrol in one of the courses and must do so in the new year.

First and foremost I would like to thank Tom( The teacher) on behalf of Naturallythinking for being very patient and friendly, we had an amizing while doing the course, explanation were properly given to my satisfaction. Very poor service! No delivery made - I suspect a scam!
I placed the order on 23rd November and am still waiting for delivery.
It is not possible to contact the company as their phone is different to the one on the website and is disconnecting. The chat is not working and they disconnect you without finishing the subject.
During the chat they told me that my parcel was delivered, I was given different tracking number to the one that is under MyOrders on the site. They told me that it was delivered to my neighbours - which one??? they don't know and there is no details on the tracking, no card left.
I am still waiting to have a delivery to MY ADDRESS not any neighbour (if I wish to give a different delivery address I would have done it myself).
Please avoid - it is impossible for someone to get in touch. They took my e-mail address via chat few times - no one bothered to get in touch. They have my phone number - no one bothered to get in touch.
This is my first and the last purchase
