Do not trust this company or purchase from them!! I purchased 7 Gua Sha and face rollers as gifts for my co-workers - and they only sent me one. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times with no response.
Customer service is terrible - and it's hard to think this isn't part of the scam.
So I'm now having to go through my credit card company to try to get a refund.
So so frustrating!!

My gua sha is cracked and looks like it’s been super glued together. I have tried contacting them but they have zero customer service.
Ordered a jade roller and gua sha, they both are a much darker green than shown in the picture. It’s obviously not authentic jade, as the stone is full of specks and inclusions and the same dark Green colour as aventurine or similar stone.
Very disappointed, do not purchase if you’re looking for real jade.
Terrible products and customer service!
I purchased a jade Gua sha stone from this company. When it turned up it was shoved in some bubble wrap in an envelope and wasn’t even jade! Not the quality of product you expect based on their website and the cost of £15!!!! They refused to provide a refund claiming it was jade but the stone was white! I wouldn’t recommend them at all!!!!
