I never received the item I ordered and have not been able to make contact with the company despite multiple attempts. I'm currently out over $400.

Did not receive my order and did not get any response to my communications so had to escalate to a claim for refund

I have ordered a full suit from the company a few years ago. I had reached out via email, IG and called to check on the status of a pink suit to replace mine that was sold out. I was never able to get in contact with anyone. I then went ahead and ordered a new hat. I’m really sad to have a company I used previous have no communication.

This is the fifth bee suit from Natural Apiary for my family. I have used other bee suits that cost alot less. It is worth paying more to know we will not be stung.

After several years the hood on my jacket developed several holes which left bees in. I ordered a replacement which arrived in a couple days. I like the new hood even better than the old one. The zipper works smoother. Thanks for a great product.

Have not given my husband his bee suit yet, but looks great and was delivered very fast, which under the current circumstances was amazing and greatly appreciated

Beeswax was good quality and customer service was excellent.

A must: 15% pollen patties (use half) for the hive once a week beginning in early March were key to my hives success this Spring. Once you begin the pollen you must continue until they can find it on their own. On Long Island that would be early to mid April.
Great company to deal with, delivery was quick!

Shipment was fast and they followed up to see if I was satisfied. I purchased the cowhide gloves to have something that defensive bees couldn't penetrate. I've watched several bees sting them but none penetrated. They are no more bulky than other heavy duty cowhide work gloves I've used.

The product was great but the bag that holds the jacket was cut so 4 out of 5

Firstly, the suit is great, especially for my hot climate in the southeast US. Second, it arrived very quickly; so I am very happy with this purchase and recommend Natural Apiary to any beekeeper.

There was a problem with the order being filled properly. I notified Natural Apiary IMMEDIATELY. I received a note back that a solution was being sent, with a tracking number from USPS. According to USPS the tracking number was not valid. The error has not been remedied.

The service was FAST. Like 1 day. I received a gift card and ordered lambkins gloves, using Natural Apiary for the first time. The quality looks great, (it’s winter, have not used them yet.) I rated a 3 star simply on pricing. The gloves are pricy.

They smell perfect! Will bee buying more soon🐝
