Professional service, best price but only for a short period
I have registered with Natur-Energi in August 2015 because they simply had the most economic offer. Unfortunately, the low rates are only available for a fairly limited amount of time after which I expect the price to reset to a slightly higher rate.
The company doesn't bombard you with spam emails and is quick and responsive with requests. All in all 4 stars.
For disclosure: I will receive two cinema tickets for having rated Natur-Energi on TrustPilot.

Easy-to-understand website & good customer service
I recently changed to Natur-Energi. Their website was easy to navigate, clearly laid out, and I could find all the information that I needed. I contacted their customer service to get the account changed for the automatic payment and had no problems. They kept me informed and answered my emails quickly.

Never had any problems with them.
I've been a customer for about three years, and I was a little suspicious since they signed me up on the street. However, I haven't had any problems at all with them. I have moved during the 3 year period, and the company's accounting department was able to handle that pretty well. I like the idea of buying green energy, and their prices are pretty similar to DONG's.
