Great quality products and great support too. I had one of their phone cases for around 6 months and it started to peel/ degrade on one of the corners, I had a replacement shipped to me straight away, no questions asked. I will be purchasing more products from them.
My only critique is that the shipping can be quite slow, but worth the wait

Lovely product - well made and solid in construction (drop magnetic wireless charger). The only minus, is the length of time it took to arrive. It was ordered on 16 Jan and arrived on 30 Jan.

Love the items, love their service, I am a regular customer for many years now and will still be for long.
Update 3rd of Feb: finally had refund issued after they deducted £3.36 to cover posting faulty items back to them.
Ordered a desk mat, phone case and two screen cleaners. Product was delayed and then arrived with awful screen cleaners which left screens more dirty and a desk mat which would not flatten after 4 days of laying flat. I am on day 7 of trying to resolve with various emails back and forth. I am now returning it all and paying postage to do so. Really bad customer service. Will not be using them again.
I was hesitant to order a Native Union 67w charger due to the multiple reviews here and Amazon that gave a low review of the company but risked it anyway, given that there is no travel charger that is as sleek as Native Union. True enough, the charger came with some cosmetic defects. Customer support was responsive, although I had to send them 3 emails for them to finally see the pictures I have attached. They basically gave patronising reasons and refused to exchange the part, by saying the defects are inherent. It seems that they outsourced their entire manufacturing and distribution, and do not have good QC of their parts. I am still in the midst of trying to resolve my issue. I strongly encourage potential customers to look elsewhere.
Love Native Union! The products are excellent and the service is great!
I’ve had a number of products from native union, most recently the ReClassic case for the 16 pro max and a matching one for my AirPods. I’m usually very fussy with cases and just stick to Apple cases, but had to find an alternative when they stopped making leather accessories. Native Union really impressed me with some solid designs and really good build quality, with cases that look and feel really premium and really nice, whilst also being priced very reasonably!
The product itself is faulty and customer service wants me to pay 3x times the original shipping to return my product. This is first time after all years knowing and being a loyal customer to native union and I get this type of response and no one is getting back at me to solve this
The cords do not last. I’ve already replaced it once this year. You literally have to take a video of the cord not working (takes another phone to get the video) then a picture of the cord cut in half. I’ve ordered a replacement cord at the ending of October (29th to be exact), still hasn’t shipped and it’s November 26. Customer service is horrid. Shell out a few more bucks and buy a quality product.

Product looks nice but doesn’t last long and making a warranty claim is a pain as your expectations of taking a picture to show it isn’t working involves 2 phones
I have a Native Union Apple watch band that began falling apart on both sides of the strap, provided a picture via email to NU, sent a follow up email, and still no response from customer service.
All of the leather AirPod cases I’ve purchased have the perfect fit. They all are rugged and wear great.
