I had ordered a necklace back in February. It was an item on clearance. I had order a similar necklace before that I love. when I received the new necklace it wasn’t like the picture which I would have expected if it had clarified in the description that the stones would vary. I sent the item back for a refund (mind you I had to pay for my own shipping) I have not received a refund nor have I heard back from the company and I have reached out multiple times by email and phone. I made sure the item reached the specified address before reaching out. I would not recommend buying from them because they have awful customer service. I spent almost $90 on the necklace I would have even accepted an even trade but I haven’t heard a word from them.

I gave 3 stars because I eventually did receive the ring I ordered and it’s exactly what I ordered and it’s well made. BUT, it took almost a year to get it. I ordered in January 2023 and finally got it in December. I should have looked up reviews before ordering.
I was patient in the beginning but then as time went on, it became a pain in the butt. I emailed them asking for updates on my order, and after a couple different responses and some emails going unanswered, I thought I was being scammed and was asked if I wanted a refund of my money but I decided to just hold out and see if I would eventually get what I ordered. Which I did. And I do have to say it is a good crafted ring and I’m happy with my order. I just think they need to operate their website better and disclose how long some orders may take. They also show many different pieces of jewelry giving the impression that they are already made and ready to ship. A little disclosure from them upon ordering would be nice.

I guess I should have check reviews of this company before ordering. Placed an order 6/3/2023, received an email notification that the order was placed, credit card charged and no product. tried calling, not able to talk so left message, no return call, called again and reached a person on 6/7 that said it was to be picked up from artist and shipped on 6/9. Never happened, email and called again no response. I then put in a dispute of the charge. Then I receive an email from them that it still has not shipped and again told on 6/15 that it would not ship until the following week of 6/19. Told since I disputed that it would be cancelled. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Do not order as they have the worst business practices as everyone states on the various reviews that I am seeing. Not worth the aggravation dealing with a company that clearly should not be in business.

I ordered a necklace here on 11/30/21 and received it on 12/14/21. I immediate sent an email with pictures showing that what arrived is not what was described on the site. The necklace was supposed to be from a specific designer and all the hallmarks on the necklace I received showed otherwise. It took 3 emails to finally get a response that it was indeed a mistake. The communication was very poor as I had to continuously reach out for the status of the refund. I dealt with Eva and Dominika and I have email trails showing all this. Finally, even though it was their fault on sending me the wrong necklace they refused to refund the return shipping fee. I sent several emails asking since it was clearly their fault and not mine, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional and does not treat customers well. Any business should make it right if it was the business’ error. If I had incorrectly ordered the wrong item or if it was any way my fault, I could understand having to pay shipping back to return the item, but since it was obviously their error, it’s wrong to expect the customer to pay for sending the incorrect item back to the business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order anything from here

I recently ordered a bracelet from nativeindianmade.com. I was stoked about the discount, which was advertised at 80% off for black friday. I now believe the prices were extremely over inflated and i paid about what i wouldve paid in a store for the same item, maybe 10% off.

After making a payment, then i decided to read the reviews online. I became very worried after mostly seeing negative reviews, but about 3 weeks after placing my order the item arrived and was exactly as pictured. I feel the quality is good and that i got a good deal, so at least not everyone is getting ripped off by them, my experience was good.

They claim for it to be 1 inch by 1 & a half inch at the widest but in reality it's only about 1 inch tall and about a quarter inch wide very disappointed.
