Quotes seem competitive but haven't booked yet.

Have had a few quotes and they seem reasonable. I haven't booked yet but if we decide to go ahead with the holiday I would know where to come. The amount of texts are a bit annoying but you can choose to opt out and they do stop.

They have very good offers and communication is great. We like the different options they provide with only drawback of very high deposit if you don’t take the insurance excess cover with them. Apart from that all is straight forward and very polite staff. Will go to them again for our next adventure:-)

Only got as far as enquury with no problems enciuntered didnt go ahead as wife couldnt grt the time off
Prices are out of this world which makes me bit nervous of any add ons etc but will drfo enquire again

Generally speaking they appear to provide good value however I'm finding that they are being incredibly awkward in terms of the flexibility with my booking. I took advantage of the current (7 day) offer that I was being bombarded with and booked three consecutive weeks. However, they insist that I return the motorhome at the end if each week and then collect a different vehicle, rather than at the end of the three weeks. Each time I need to hand over the vehicle have it checked over, complete a new checking out procedure, deposit and paperwork. As I live in Cornwall and Exeter is my nearest pick-up location, this will prove very inconvenient and will add unnecessary mileage to the motorhome, as well as duplicating paperwork etc that you would think the company would want to avoid.

I booked a Motorhomes with this company to go away for Christmas. They sent a text and email 2 weeks before we were due to go saying they were cancelling the booking, they did it the day after I paid the final payment and said to contact them for a refund, the problem was I couldn’t get hold of them so I have had to go to my bank and try to ge it back! It ruined the Christmas we had planned!

My experience of potentially booking is no different to anyone else who has had reason to question the T & C's Frankly after reading the small print, I'd be scared to take anything on the road. Plausible replies from the contact center but do, do read the small print. It really does appear to be a den of inequity when it comes to additional charges over which you have virtually no control. I have decided to avoid at all costs

Enquired online - fast quote response and good offers on texts. Still deciding whether we want to try this type of holiday but overall a good service so far

Looked online and got quote then was inundated with phone calls and texts even though each time I told them I wasn’t interested

Prices are very good and I’m happy with the service and the lady I spoke to on a couple of occasions was brilliant if I had any complaint it would just be the amount of text I keep receiving over offers since booking

Great customer service and price holiday booked

A very professional and courteous service. Representatives are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and understanding of the customers needs.

They company is good at communicating and will phone you to offer more help and information on the vehicles. There are unlisted costs for hire though which resulted in the total hire cost becoming out of my price range.

Excellent weekend away. Collection was easy as was drop off, staff at Durham branch were very helpful. Highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks.

I like national motor homes because they have depots all over the country, & 1 quite close to me. They have great special offers & lovely vehicles.

They have some great deals, and we will be using them this summer

Amazing value with 4 days rental offers for 4 nights !!! Cheaper than staying at home .

Great prices only got to booking stage as unfortunately couldn't get away but offer was fantastic. Will be booking next year
