This company are a disgrace stay away from them they charged me £100 late return charge when the vehicle was returned on time. £36 low fuel charge which was the same as when left and £37.50 because they say they had to drive to a petrol station and fill up the tank. Rip off merchants.

Motorhome is excellent standard according to my previous experience so let’s hope this time will also have good experience.
Unfortunately the only negative thing is the £1250 security deposit before the hire which I think credit card security authorisation is enough like all the car rentals do.

DO NOT TRUST.Its two months since I returned motorhome still not recieved my £1250 deposit back,can’t call them as it’s live chat who just fob you off with an email address.Now taking legal action to recover.COWBOYS

First time on the website, Really easy and straight forward to use. The motorhomes look great and there seems to be plenty of options all year round. Will definitely be using National motorhome in the near future.

Motorhome look nice and tidy, gets me all excited for traveling! Quote I received was awesome however, deposit was too much and therefore I didn't book it.

The offers on this site are very tempting, but the main reason I do not tend to take them is due to the large deposit, I would already be paying for insurance and feel that a large deposit is not needed, you dont pay a large deposit on car insurance as this is what it is for, if this was lower I would love to use your company several times a year.

I would not recommend cow boys no human contract

The quote I received seems very cheap, haven’t had a chance to book yet but will definitely bear it in mind in the future. The vehicles look amazing.

Wow this Motorhome rental firm is a really really bad ripoff they advertise saying that it costs so much and then you make that payment and then they hit you with lots more charges got a email from them today saying they are keeping my deposit of 250 pound and they won’t another 400 pound for damages i corzed the day I dropped it they checked it and said everything is ok they were on that bbc ripoff Britain last year gutted stay well clear I wished I would of done some research on them but never mind they won’t be getting any more money from me they go under many different names and they have pick up points all over so if you see they have a pick up place in Wigan that’s them hope this helps someone thanks

Found an ad for Black Friday deals online. Got very excited, entered dates, quote looked good for the price.
However upon entering my details (including my card details) and clicking confirm, the next page said 'unfortunately this isn't available'. I tried switching dates, models and pick up locations but the site kept doing the same thing - telling me there were motorhomes available for the selected price and dates, letting me enter all my details, then telling me there was nothing available after clicking confirm.
I called them, and was only then told that the dates I'd selected weren't eligible for the BF deal.
It would have saved me a lot of time and effort if this simply could have been clearly stated on the web page.
Overall, not impressed.

I made a enquiry on the website. Simply clicked on what type of van I was after and the dates I was looking at. Got prices in a good simple form. From there found the closet depo to me made all the arrangements required job done.
