Very easy booking process and useful app to track lessons and progress. I was on the cancellation tracker but nothing came up earlier, but I worked with my instructor to plan lessons so that I was prepared ahead of my test.

Very effective turn around where I had a very short window where I was free and he managed to pass me.

I was recently offered a 17.5-hour intensive driving course through National Intensive, which I accepted based on the information provided stating that the pupil could be asked to meet the instructor.
As soon as I accepted the course, I asked where the pupil would be meeting me and was then informed that I would need to pick up and drop off the pupil. The journey would have been 40–50 minutes from my location, making the course unsuitable.
I contacted the National Intensive team, and Laurie immediately took ownership of the matter. Once I explained the situation, Laurie resolved the issue swiftly and professionally.
This is not the first time Laurie has helped sort out errors for me, and I am always impressed by the efficiency, understanding, and excellent customer service provided.
Thank you, Laurie, for your help and support. National Intensive should be proud to have a team member like you.
Kind regards,

I called National Intensive Driving Courses and spoke with Yad. He was calm, patient, and understanding, Yad took the time to listen to my concerns and offer helpful advice on which course would suit me best. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the conversation. I felt relaxed, under no pressure, and confident in the information provided. Overall, it was a great experience.👍

I enrolled with National Intensive for a refresher driving course after my driving test had been booked. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The course was advertised as “intensive,” but lessons were scheduled only once every 2–3 weeks, which is far from intensive training. I was assigned an instructor who provided very little guidance or feedback. For the first 5–6 lessons, I had to repeatedly ask for feedback myself, as almost none was offered.
After months of lessons and just before my test date, the instructor suddenly informed me that I was not ready and refused to let me use her car for the test. As a result, I lost my test slot after waiting seven months, lost the money I had paid for the course, and was left searching for a new instructor.
What disappointed me most was that none of the promises made by National Intensive were delivered:
* Not an intensive course.
* Poor-quality instruction and lack of feedback.
* Very poor value for money.
* No meaningful support when I raised my concerns.
When I complained, my concerns were simply dismissed, and I was told that the instructor had the right to refuse taking me to the test.
Based on my experience, I would have been far better off choosing an instructor recommended by friends or colleagues. I cannot recommend National Intensive

This company is a middle man and will not take responsibility if something goes wrong with the allocated instructor.
You will be financially liable. They also offer fast pass courses but it is likely your test will be cancelled and you will have to pay more because most instructors are not willing to take you to test that quickly.
Can be good to obtain an instructor but they will just allocate you someone you could find yourself for double the money you would have paid and less protection.

Rachel was very helpful and will hopefully help me book a different driving instructor asap.

Yad was very helpful, not only in helping me work through the different options for lesson hours and dates but was also very positive regarding the driving test its self. I left the call feeing very reassured

This company is a complete scam. Ignore all positive reviews they’re fake and bot written. They have no organisational skills whatsoever, I got allocated THREE drivers all have which pulled out before my test because national intensive didn’t tell them I was yet to 1. Do my theory test (so obviously can’t start a crash course) 2. Tell them my location was in Doncaster (I’m from Hertfordshire) and 3. When it’s too late they give an instructor the wrong address AGAIN. They’ve also refused to give me any refund because I ignored my instructors? I have evidence of myself being happy to do lessons with them and they chose to pull out because they were not informed by NI about location and theory test. Useless company, the amount of times I called up explaining my test is soon and they haven’t got me a teacher that is actually in my location and they just tell me they’ll give me an update later - update they don’t. No one cares they just money grab and scam you. Please do not book with these guys.

I recently had an issue with a pupil Laurie handled it fairly ending in a solution that suited both parties

This is my experience only and may not be the majority view.
I found it diffcult to obtain an instructor for training and eventually National Intensive have agreed to refund me my deposit minus admin fee of £100.
This is some progress on my matter.

Upon initial communication with this company it was fantastic..until it wasn't.
This company charged us £379.99 to book tests on my husbands behalf, however the law changed, so apart from booking one test for £62, what else did they provide for that money?
We then paid the instructor for 10 hours worth of lessons (as my husband has a license in another country and has driven here but after 12 months this isn't allowed) we paid £340 which is apparently the norm now. The driving instructor has now told my husband he needs 4 more hours worth of lessons (now charged at £40 a lesson???) and £195 for the day of his test.
We are really not happy with the service we've paid for and think, to be honest, this is one big scam!! We could of done it for a fraction of the cost had we of done it ourselves (which we have done as we've booked another test as my husband couldn't make the one they'd booked for him and they will get the refund!!)
AVOID!
