Only giving 1 star to have this review put on....
I tried on numerous occasions this morning to deposit money into on.line account all unsuccessful however the money was withdrawn from my bank. I phoned the helpline and they said that they could see the issue and rectify it however that still hasn't happened and probably not likely too which now means a trip or phone call to the bank which are no longer local....definitely the end of ever using this service again. Don't believe a word they tell you will say anything to get off the phone...

Absolutely brilliant cunning strategy

Absolutely brilliant cunning strategy, took me a while to figure out or was it inspiration from above,,,,,
Lottery UK, health lottery, thunderball, Powerball, Irish lottery,,,,,, all sharing the same numbers between them, as though all lotteries have diversified and the unsuspecting public is unaware of this illegal play , according to A.I Gemini,, if you have played to be in one game like a national lottery or euro or any that advertise a 1 game format but actually they are using all the income generated from the various lotteries and then using an algorithm to benefit their outcome or explicitly for their outcome not yours,,,, anyway if you think you're against 1 game, you're not ,,, and I'm betting the government and gambling com know because they never investigated the lottery or even if anonymous winners exist in the numbers they claim

Blatant scamming !

Blatant scamming !! The reason I do the Lotto is to win "BIG" not £1 here and there, From a punters point of view its just about boosting 'Allwyns' coffers, I have now cancelled my account ,Total waste of time !!! J

Hi J, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

The new Lotto format gives players more chances to win big. Every £2 Lotto line is now entered into two rounds for each draw, giving you two chances to win with the same numbers. Since the changes came into effect in June, we have made 59 millionaires.

Prize shrinkflation

An out in the open cash grab from the prize fund taking tens of millions from, jackpot ,superdraws and all other tiers. They brag about the 55 1 million prizes(scratchcard vibes)but they have taken way more. The lottery twitter crowd are over now gaslighting everyone about how we are winning when the evidence tells us we are not. Also being a millionare(1 million)does not have the same bang in 2026 as 1960.

This as become a joke from 12.5 million to 15 million must be won cut right down to just over 7 million it is time for me to say GOODBYE lotto I will no longer be a mug for a company that is milking the British people. They said they will make it better OK I believe them. In the 3 months the new lottery started and played every draw I've won £2 and they have the nerve to claim more chances to win JOKE goodbye lotto another customer you have lost.

Fixed games.

Fixed games.

They've bounced people from lotto to SFL to avoid rollovers and to pocket the proceeds from SFL.

Also their "Random Number Generator" has been rigged to produce numbers of the previous draw to lucky dips. And disclosed from an insider.

Russian backed, Russian crooks.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

The software used to generate numbers on Lucky Dips ensures that selections are truly random. It's used in 70% of lotteries worldwide where random selection is required. It has no memory of the previous numbers chosen to ensure a completely random selection.

Every single number has the exact same chance of being drawn. You also have the option to change lucky dip numbers if you are unhappy with the ones selected before purchasing.

Just noticed that EXCEPT FOR THE JACKPOT all prizes are fixed amongst so for. Having two numbers instead of a lucky dip it’s a WHOLE £1 I mean wtf you couldn’t even buy an extra line

3 nos wins £10 wow what was it before something like that£30

4 nos wins £50 instead of a shared pot

5 nos wins £1000 instead of a shared pot

What measly amounts get a reality check

I’VE JUST GIVE UP to play the National Lottery. I used to play online for 4 weeks Wed & Sat. £1 for 2 numbers, £10 for 3 numbers, if we get 3 numbers right on both rounds, we only get £20 instead of £30.
I am playing now on SET FOR LIFE and Euromillions sometimes.

Absolutely awful changes to game.

Absolutely awful changes to game.
Now you win £1 not even a lucky dip.
Oh and you get notifications on games to play that magically cost a £1 funny that!
Just had 3 numbers up won £10 absolute rip off.
At least when you won a lucky dip under old system it felt like you could have another go. I think name of new company speaks volumes.
Allwynne for them just not anyone else
How was this takeover allowed.

Absolutely pathetic prizes

Absolutely pathetic. We all know that the odds are long so giving you two chances do not really shorten the odds
£1 win is not a win but a loss of £1 on the price of your original ticket.
I think that the good causes will see a massive reduction in funding due to lower ticket sales.
The ticket price needs to be reduced to .50p as that is all it is worth🤭

Hi, Geoff. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

Once you've bought a ticket, any prize you win is a win. And now that you have the chance to win twice in a single draw, you could walk away with considerably more than the cost of your ticket. All this thanks to an extra chance to win that wasn't there before.

New Lottery LES537

New Lottery offers smaller players 2 goes at winning pitiful smaller prizes instead of 1 at a half decent return and big / syndicate and system players little incentive to continue, I run 2 syndicates spending around £30 per week on each, all members agreed it is rubbish, we stopped after the first week and are now looking for an alternative, BAD MOVE.

Allwyn seem dodgy to me!

Since Alwyn took over from Camelot
1) Despite a similar incremental rise in the winnings ie number of tickets being sold is very similar to that of Camelot, under Allwyn the jackpot is rarely won until way above the 150 million mark (Camelot there were regular jackpot winners under 50 million mark). And the number of Uk jackpot winners has taken a dive! It does not make sense that a change in company with no other differences being made that this should be happening! I have complained to the gambling commission and I urge others to if they have noticed the same! Every time the jackpot does not get won Allwyn make more money…
