Demanded payment by wire transfer after charging my card!

Purchased a demo Swarovski spotting scope online. The charge went through, but the next morning I received an email from Natchez saying my billing address didn't match the card, and that I needed to rectify this by email or phone call or the order would be cancelled. Checking my order receipt, I confirmed that my billing address was correct (and has been my billing address for 20 years), which I reiterated in me email. After no response for several hours, and not wanting to miss out on the demo price Swarovski, I called their customer service. He could not confirm that there was anything amiss with the billing address, but said because I was a new customer and it was a pricey (~$4500) purchase, they needed verified funds by wire transfer!! That was a huge red flag to me, as my bank had already approved the transaction and there was no reason for them to insist upon this except that *I* would lose any recourse if something went wrong with the transaction (scope never received or broke, or demo in poor condition). Completely shady and horrible business practice. I did not go through with the transaction and perhaps it is a blessing in disguise as their "customer service" seems to get very mixed reviews - certainly not a business relationship I want to start with an expensive long-term purchase like this spotting scope.

Delay in shipping and charged credit card.

I ordered items early AM October 13, 2025 and was advised today, October 17, 2025, upon my request, that - "We had an issue with our new warehouse innovations that’s preventing us from shipping orders. We are about 5-8 business days behind on shipping."

Natchez charged my credit card on October 13 and is not able to ship the items but collected payment.

Natchez finally provided a tracking number 1 week after order was made. Advisory & responses were made.

Ordered a 7 round magazine for a Ruger…

Ordered a 7 round magazine for a Ruger LCP 380. Price was fair, HOWEVER, they charged $19.14 for a 7oz empty magazine clip! Took 3 days to get it to USPS and 7 days to arrive using PRIORITY mail. You like being taken, go for it.

Leupold FullDraw 5 Range Finder Purchase

I live in the UK and couldn't find any shops over here that sold the Leupold Fulldraw 5 Archery range finder, so began investigating the list of Leupold authorized dealers. I did see these (2) negative reviews, but further investigation on Reddit & other sites revealed glowing reviews, so thought they were worth a try. Especially since all the other Leupold dealers were selling the FullDraw 5 for the Mftr's SRP of $499.99, but Natchez Shooters Supplies (AKA Natchez Shooting & Outdoors) broke ranks and were selling it for $100 less. They even gave free express 3-day shipping, but it was FedEx so that wasn't worth even the price of "free": FedEx dumped the package on my American friend's doorstep in the rain. Fortunately he retrieved the package before any opportunistic porch-pirates did and Natchez Shooting & Outdoors packaged it really well, so contents were protected from the rain. I received a top-of-the-line archery rangefinder at a bargain price. I'm not going to ding them for FedEx's poor service though: 5 stars. Would totally recommend these good folks and if I have similar outdoor needs I can't get in the UK, I'll definitely buy from them.

Never order from them

Never order from them. They sent us a 50 round drum that looked like a dog had chewed it up then said we had to pay for return shipping. We had to fight them for a refund on both. The person on the phone admitted that they don’t check anything before sending it out and they are a pain to get ahold of.

Good place to shop

Good place to shop, great prices and sales have inventory in stock. Shipping a bit slow but it's a long way to come to me so I guess that's normal. Very good selection of products with good inventory even in these times of shortages.
