Following a road rage incident invo …

Following a road rage incident involving one of Natasha's Flower's drivers, I made a complaint. The response suggests to me that you might like to go elsewhere for flowers.

You can read the full details on my website at metaburbia dot com but, in brief, their response was to:

* block me on Twitter
* delete my review remarks on Facebook and publish a response saying I’d lied
* respond to my email by saying they’d been told something different

But here’s where you might want to think twice about using them.

First – the response to a complaint. It wasn’t to apologise, it wasn’t even to ask for more information. It was to block me on social media and deny the facts. How about if you had a problem with the florist at your wedding and needed it addressed and resolving? Would this help you?

Secondly – they employ at least one person who’s aggressive and has such poor impulse control that they hurl some white fluid over another car, in public, from a company van. Is that a person you need to be around you on an occasion, such as a wedding, when you’re likely to be hassled?

Weddings and other occasions when you might use a florist really don’t need to be made more stressful than they already are. Problems happen, though, and when they do, you’d like to be confident that complaints will be listened to seriously and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve them.

There are plenty of other florists in London.
