I bought an Arizona Classic Jersey from Nashbar. The zipper has failed. I'm disappointed!

The pair of socks I ordered was delivered in multiple plastic bags and bubble wrap. Who needs bubble-wrapped socks?! Please use recyclable packaging. You're an outdoors company.

I bought a Pearl Izumi Pro Jersey and wore it once and it was too small so I returned it. They said it was sweaty and they wouldn't give me a refund. i have never had an online seller not give me a refund. I will never buy anything from them again! I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Solid company. I've been dealing with them for years and never an issue. If there is a problem they take the item back with no questions. Quality and items are as advertised. I will continue to use them. Usually 4 stars is the highest rating I will give.

Absolutely terrible online store. I live in Canada and have been travelling to the US regularly for the last 10-12 years. Before my travel, I often order items online from all kinds of online stores as well as eBay to be delivered to my hotel. I ordered a bunch of cycling items yesterday to be delivered to my hotel in Miami to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. I was just contacted by Nashbar that they had cannot deliver to hotels for security purposes. They customer service rep told me that they have too many instances where items get lost when delivered at hotels. Based on the 50+ items I have ordered over the last 10 years to US hotels I have NEVER lost one item. What a load of horse manure! Nashbar, get into the 21st century! Disgruntled Torontonian!

Find what you need, order, shipping is not the fastest, so think ahead. Return policy is exceedingly generous. Prices are normally competitive and sometimes fantastic deals. Many of the house brand products are outstanding in quality and price.
