Never use this umbrella company. They charge excessively, have hidden charges and act as a bodyshop. That a real warning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Excellent, professional, helpful and supportive team

Overall service, advice and responsiveness has been excellent. All queries have been resolved quickly and in detail with opportunity to talk through any details over the phone.

Nasa took care of all my business and personal tax matters at a very affordable rate.

I can highly recommend and if I return to running a limited company I'll be back.

Used NASA for the last 8 months and the service they offered from start to finish was excellent. All my queries were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed at all stages of the on boarding process as well as when my contract was extended. Payment was timely and often earlier. Would recommend them to any contractor looking for an umbrella company.

Having reviewed a number of providers I chose Nasa, and I’ve used them for the last 6 months.

My experience was that:
1. Their charging structure was clear with no hidden features
2. They have real people on hand to help, and you can call them on a normal direct dial number without fighting an IVR/paying for a premium line
3. Their processes are efficient, and in my experience reliable.

Not much to ask, but not all umbrellas deliver on the above!

I just wanted to say that I had been speaking with Amber, I did not use NASA in the end, but Amber was brilliant and made my choice very difficult, I just wanted her to be recognised for her great telephone manner and professional style.

My first ever assignment inside IR35 ... I must say I am very impressed with the very fast initial setup process and super helpful team on the payroll helpline. Calls get answered in couple of minutes so no hours and hours on the phone and people in payroll department are definitely knowledgeable and very professional. I will highly recommend these guys.

Got everything set up at lightning speed and always there to help.

AS a contractor I might not have wanted to use an Umbrella but if I had to then Nasa provided a efficent and reliable service you could not ask for more. Also it is completly inline with all HMRC rules and regulations and there great staff make sure all of that is clear and upfront so there is no risk of you being caught out buy a fraudulent payroll scheme

Only been with them a couple of months now but they seem unable to get anything right.
They invoiced for the wrong amount of days. Leaving me out of pocket.
Then again got it wrong when trying to correct the first mistake.
Still not fixed.

This is the 1st time that I am using an umbrella company and Nasa Group has been great in providing me with all information, onboarding information and is thoroughly professional.

Set up and payment handling first class, as is enquiry handling. Second time I've used nasa. Would recommend and use again without problem.
