I've been using NarpsUK for around 7 years now and they have been brilliant. I had a small problem (it wasn't show stopping) when creating invoices so logged a call. The problem was resolved by their developers within 24 hours! Why aren't all companies this good! Thank you. Sharon.

I have decided not to renew my membership this year as I am not taking on any new clients as I am preparing to retire.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support that you have offered me since 2017 when I started my business. I wanted to do it professionally and NARPS UK enabled me to do this and gave me confidence in setting up my services.

I have been a member of NARPS for a few years now, from when I first started and have found my NARPs membership benefits very helpful - in particular the forms, templates and information sheets they provide and the membership group where you can get tips and advice from other members which I find very useful. I have found them easy to get hold of on the phone and responsive.

Highly recommend Narps UK, I have used it for a year now and just renewed for another year as it’s an amazing asset for your business. I can’t thank the lady behind Narps enough as she has always been supportive and helpful as I’m not the best with technology. It’s actually really easy to use and very professional. The app is absolutely brilliant and runs my business for me, stores all the information, sends invoices for me and keeps track of deposits and payments. 5 star ⭐️ thank you so much.

Whenever I contact NARPSUK via email, someone responds to me within half an hour - without fail. If I still need assistance, I get to speak to a human. There's no waiting on a switchboard or anything - straight to a human. Expertise and advice is excellent and, with my top level membership, I get full access to some amazing time-saving resources. I completed the full course too, which covered so much and was extremely informative and helpful. I'm very happy I decided to join and will be renewing my full membership annually.

I started my pet sitting business around 7 months ago and joined Narps as a silver member for the contracts mainly and to get advise about structuring my business, Narps have been brilliant and the forms are great, business soon picked up and I upgraded to gold to use the software too which has been a life saver.

I use the Narps software. It has made my life a million times easier and saved me so much time. It's very easy to use. Any tech issues I've had, someone has contacted me immediately and talked me through it.
I honestly don't know what kind of mess I would be in without Narps!

Very informative and essential if you want to be professional. Loads of help and courses available. Study in your own time, online. I would say if you are in the pet sitting business it is essential for support, advice and peace of mind

I have used NarpsUK since 2016 and it has been invaluable for booking clients and sending out invoices. The mobile app is great when you are working as you can see your schedule without carrying around a paper diary. The only criticism is that you can’t delete clients when they no longer require your services.

Having set up my dog walking business in 2018, one of my first investments was in becoming a member of NARPs. This has over time been sound in the knowledge that support is available at all times. The booking database and invoice system is very reliable and is a valuable asset in running my business. The group forum facility is also a great source of information.

I have been a member of NARPS UK now for 2 years and it has been invaluable in helping me set up my cat sitting business. The pet sitting business course was excellent and I have used all their forms and contract templates. They have really given me the confidence to move forward. I have used their logo's and emblems on my website to make it look more professional. Their software package is extremely user friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Membership provides members with an idea of excellent standards.

I took up gold membership as I felt this was the service I required to help with setting up my business.

Membership has allowed me to use NARPSUK logos and certificate icons in my emails to clients.

When I couldn't find the item I was looking for on the website, I phoned NARPSUK and they were able to help me straight away.

The amount of work I would have had to have done with risk assessments, service agreements, reports and more was minimal due to having templates to use which came with my membership. This was absolutely worth the money I paid.

All of this provides clients with a sense of excellent standards and organisation.

I have been a member of NarpsUK for over 5 years now. As a sole trader their booking package is extremely useful, and I really like that you can download the calendar. I have received many clients through NarpsUK too and I would highly recommend.

NARPS - they are just wonderful all round with advise a web based cat data base you can use for all our clients, and insurance and so much advise on anything you want to know and i love being a member of NARPS the best choice i ever made

I have used NARPS since I started my dog walking business over 5 years ago. It helps me keep track of my upcoming bookings, manage my time efficiently and keep good financial records making tax filing much easier.

when I first joined Narps, I didnt have a lot of help in the legal side of things without huge expense ,so the access to the legal documents , forms and other co related matters was astonishing first in the simplicity of it and the help in understanding professional needs and standards required to be a professional and be seen as such with client/customers. the forms in themselves were an education. Staff are always weilling to help

Narps is a valued body within the world of dog walking, boarding and sitting. Its Business Course is amongst the best I have come across - very comprehensive, thorough and incorporating an excellent course in pet care and pet first aid. I have found their templates a very useful tool in my work as someone who looks after dogs

I joined NARPS when I started my dog walking business 4 years ago. I use their forms and like that fact that if a client has any queries regarding the legal side that I can’t answer, I know the people at NARPS can. I like the comfort of knowing they are there if I need them and being a member looks good on my website.
