Nando’s st Enoch square Glasgow 16th February

Went for lunch for my daughter birthday I’m not a fan of Nando’s but in we went
I don’t agree with ordering from an “ app” and paying BEFORE the food is brought out
however
I ordered Mac and cheese and chips
daughter ordered wraps
Grandson ordered chips and peas
Well I’ve never seen a plate of peas with what looked like a mass of green insects on top they were disgusting I believe they were
SUPPOSED to be minted peas ! Needless to say they were not eaten!
My Mac and cheese was cold the cheese was congealed chips were lukewarm
Finally managed to get a member of staff to come over and asked if could be heated up
Then my daughter takes a bite of her wrap and guess what ?
It’s freezing! Again asked a member of staff to heat it up
The returned dishes were brought back to us supposedly remade ? ??
The Mac and cheese was lukewarm tasteless and bland after two bites I left it
My daughters wrap was also lukewarm and she left most of hers they don’t have the excuse that it was busy because it wasn’t it was quite empty and now I know why! Surely you can get a member of staff to operate a microwave oven properly Because there is NO way that “ food” was cooked from scratch !
I paid £39.25 for cold vile tasteless rubbish
Please avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your money

Love that you can just rock up to Nandos and on most occasions get a table without having to book ahead.
Greated warmly and seated at Beckton by Tania. Served quickly and correctly by Alexander who was also friendly. The food was hot and tasty and we were not rushed away. A lovely dining experience thank you all!

We ordered one meal 12/2/26 and due to a payment issue with Apple Pay we have x 3 payments pending in our bank account. I have been waiting for it to be sorted and it is still the same in our account. It is now 19/2/26. The manager assured us it would be about 3 days only.
There were many customers who experienced the same problem that evening.

1st time back in Nandos (Fareham, Hants) for a very long time - the restuarant looks fab post refurb, staff were very friendly and welcoming but the food really let them down.

Wing roulette - skin had the searing but was soggy and chewy. My chicken burger which was meant to be lemon and herb was swimming in relish and had the worlds smallest portion of chicken. Finally, my macho peas were half cold when delivered.

I was so disappointed I didn't say anything to the servers as I didn't want to wait for a re-order / re-heat. Sorry Nandos - like a lot of others post COVID your standards have seriously slipped and I won't be back. Expensive meal for sub par food

Went to Nandos Sittingbourne with family and friends, treated like outcasts and told there was no chicken and we could order pitta breads instead. Why they did not anticipate a busy period and ordered more I don’t know.At the till others were being offered chicken, how?challenged them and chicken thighs magically appeared. Staff member who served us looked disinterested and not very professional dealing with us. Given a table near very smelly toilets. Being a regular here, I know you can do better than this.

As a regular costumer at Nandos Staines i always had awesome experience with the staff. Specially with Lottie ho engage with smile and eficiency in service.
The enviroment at this brunch is pleasurable and the food is very tasty.

Ordered fokd tbrough deliceroo app in norwich. Thd order was accepted but csncellex aftef 10 mins because it was out of stock. Very cross

Food served hot. Service quite quick. Variety of music played. I had the pleasure of listening to music by my home artist Zara

Ordered food from Nandos in woodgreen 2-2-2026, i wanted my chicken well done, when I got back I noticed the food wasn't well done, a short while later I had serious diarrhoea, I've noticed in the past that when I ask for well done food it doesn't always come back well done, I will be going into the store today to make a complaint.

Me and my friend were seeted by Gary and immediately recognised how friendly and hospitable he was. A very thoughtful man who brought our drinks for us straight away while we were chatting to him, super polite and complimented us by saying we were such sweet girls and lovely to talk to. Even gave us two free ice creams because of it. Genuinely have never had a better dining experience thanks to Gary. Food was also out super quick and tasted amazing as always!

I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. When I've ordered a takeaway, the delivery gets delayed due to them using incompetent delivery drivers who can't find my address and when the food finally arrives, it's cold.

Visited Kilmarnock Nando’s tonight looking for a table for 3 we were told it would be an hours wait . When we asked why that was the case when 80% of the tables were empty the young girl said they were waiting for people to come back for tables. We asked about takeaway and were told the next slot was in an hour. I felt sorry for the young girl having to tell people the same story especially as restaurant was nearly empty while the manager didn’t support her in anyway. Won’t be back in a hurry rather go to silverburn.

I did not like the food as such, the chocolate cake was amazing. The customer service from Patricia at the Vauxhall location was amazing.

I placed an order at the Sydenham branch of Nandos, a part of the order was missing, so I telephoned to let them know.
Fully expecting the rest of the order to be sent to us.
There response was to refuse to send the remaining items and tell me I would get a refund for the missing items. I just received a text to say that the refund would be in my account in 10 days.
The last two times there were no napkins or sauces in the bag, when I mentioned this, there response was you didn't ask for any!
That's the last time I ever use Nandos, iv already deleted the app.
