I ordered an item, small marrow bones. Was sent large bones. Phoned and told by a woman that they had run out of small, so sent large but she would get the owner to phone me. No phone call. Tried phoning several times and emailed, no response. Eventually got an email saying that was the only size they sold, but on the website they are clearly sold and was even told by an employee that they have different sizes. I then ordered some food from another company, Raw Direct. The food that arrived looked different to the photos on the website, poorer quality, photos available. Turns out this company is Namas as well. Terrible customer service.
