Terrible customer care
Due to an unfortunate airport situation I was unable to fly to the UK which meant I was missing my nail appointment. I called 24 hours before my appointment (which I appreciate was after the deposit refund cut off) however the staff and manager were inconsiderate and it felt like they’d rather have £30 instead of customer care and repeat business. I’m a director of a company and I understand every business has a policy, however exceptions can be made under exceptional circumstances.
I found the staff to be dismissive and unhelpful.
I would rather spend my manicure and pedicure money at a business that cares for their customers.

I had gone in for my appointment suggested that I wanted a full set acrylics and they suggested that I had to pay extra when coming to doing the set I showed what I wanted and in the end I didn’t get the colour I wanted the woman also cut two of my fingers please report this shop as it rips people off and just wants the money

I enjoy and love having my nails done at Nails and the city. Very professional staff and kind to customers. whether it's doing my nail or toes or facial i always feel very comfortable and relaxed with them. Amazing team and i will continue to support them.

THIEVES
when i went into my first initial appointment in November ‘21 they were lovely & the treatment was amazing. However, upon leaving the lady asked me if i wanted to book i told her i will let you know but probably if i do it will be sometime january as it is my birthday then. i never phoned to book or anything as im a nurse & during shifts we cant wear polish (which she knew) and i was on shift so couldnt get nails painted. fast forward Jan £100 was taken out my account when i called her to ask she was RUDE and said ‘it happens when you dont attend a booking’ and i made it clear i didnt book any appointment i always said i’ll call to confirm as i have to check my schedule & £100 for a mani & pedi????? WHAT. disgusting thieves!
