Timely delivery, lovely fit and look. Not fully waterproof though

Good service. Happy with shoes, fitted well, great quality. It's not easy to find good quality, fashionable, (truly) ethical vegan shoes. This is my first purchase from Nae Vegan and I would definitely purchase from this store again.

I've already bought Nae three times and I'm so satisfied that I bought twice the booth. One pair for walking the dogs and one for working. Never in my life had boots that held water so perfectly without getting ruined even in extreme conditions (like in the woods with rainshower in the mud) and that were also so comfortable to keep in the office. You don't get wet, you stay warm and you don't sweat. I have also recommended the brand to my partner. Besides that, knowing that no animals were used to produce these shoes gives me immense joy. Got a pair of Lou botte marron tige haute niveau genou and absolutely loving them. They look amazing and feel warm and comfortable - the latter is very rare for my tricky feet that get hurt by every new pair of shoes (flip flops included). The vegan leather is high quality and while being flexible, it feels durable!

Chelsea Boots with Chunky Heel - Fab and so comfortable to wear. And they look terrific too!

This was the first time I’ve purchased shoes from Nae and I’m so glad I did! Customer service was great (very helpful as I had to exchange for size down). The shoes fit so well and are excellent quality and ethical! Thanks Neuza (customer service) and Nae!

Their classic white sneakers didn’t even last 4 months before they were complete warn down and the soles became massive holes at the heels. The rest of the shoe is in perfect condition except the sole is possible the worst I’ve ever experienced (I bough cheap H&M trainers that lasted way longer).

Great customer service, fairly speedy delivery, and I've been enjoying what I've purchased. Will very likely be purchasing again in the future.

Only knocks I would give NAE is their checkout system doesn't seem to work for me. Every order needed to be placed through customer service. I can only imagine how many potential customers they've lost who weren't as eager as me to complete their purchases.

The other knock is some of the shoes are a bit flimsy for the price. They all look wonderful, just some materials a bit on the thin side. We'll see if they hold up long-term.

Shoes shipped quickly, slough our local Australian team had delays with the final road delivery.
Shoes fit well and so far are comfortable.
This is my first time with pineapple waste ‘leather’ they seem quite soft so hopefully they will last ok!

I have 4 pairs of Nae shoes. They are all quite confortable, especially the rubber-soled ones, which I wear daily for walking in the city.
