My Woodgrange Pharmacy Reviews 

Bunch of scammers. Was a loyal customer until they started ripping me and my family off some malarial pills. Charged me £10, my father 25 and my mother 30 and the last straw was with my brother, £35. When questioned about it, they said they'll take back the pills, and won't refund me and in addition, "if you dont like it, you should buy it somewhere else". It's probable that they were going to resell those pills too, which highlights their malpractices and unhygienic services. Filthy bastards. On top of that, my father was given expired medicine. They spend most of their time talking than actually doing what they are hired to do, working. Their service is extremely slow for all those staff members.

The staff at the pharmacy were awesome. We were visiting the area for bank holiday weekend and my son’s hay fever came back viciously. The team at Woodgrange pharmacy were genuinely caring - very professional and the pharmacist gave me advice and over the counter medication to destress me and calm my son’s hayfever down. Thanks really appreciate it this - honestly what great service, genuinely caring staff and the team were on point. Thanks guys

I’ve just had a flu injection. I was able to just walk in and get my vaccine. Heleena who administered the injection was so lovely. It’s the first injection I’ve had where I can honestly say I never felt a thing.

I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
The cancer medication I have been prescribed on a long term basis has been only available at this particular pharmacy and they have been fantastic with their service. I do not live locally but they instantly agreed to have my medication delivered to me at home monthly. Fantastic service with a smile which is very rare these days!

My wife and I had our COVID and Flu vaccinations done today at Woodgrange Pharmacy. The pharmicist, Habib, was very polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly and checked our existing medications and blood pressure to ensure that it was safe to go ahead with the vaccinations. We felt complete confidence in Habib and all in all it was a good experience and as painless as it could possibly be. If you need to have your vaccinations done, I would recommend Woodgrange Pharmacy without reservation.

Mina and Sam especially at this pharmacy are so caring they don't just treat their customers like basic consumers, they give them time and respect and listen to their requests. This has been my long term pharmacy for years and they've always taken care of myself and my family. A lot of the times, more so than the GP.

It was easy to arrange the Covid 19 vaccination at the pharmacy online. When I arrived, Mohammed offered me the Flu vaccination as well as Covid which was a great idea, so I had one in each arm. Mohammed was kind and professional from the start and made the whole experience as pleasant as could be possible.

Absolutely excellent service, 3 of us went in for a flu jab and the service was second to none. Personnel are so polite and the gentlemen who did the vaccination was superb. Been there before and they are always the same. They cannot help you enough.

Travelled from Upminster for my Covid vaccination, was welcomed my a charming young man who took my appointment number. A few minutes later I was taken in for my vaccine, lovely friendly doctor, I was seen on time. Worth the trip as such a lovely pharmacy

Received my first covid jab earlier. Very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Worth traveling from Romford. Will definitely return for booster in April.

I couldn't get a flu jab from my GP as they are inundated, so on the off-chance rang the Woodgrange Pharmacy. They said yes straight away, i popped in, completed the form and had the flu jab no problem at all. Lovely staff, very efficient and no queue

This is a brilliant Chemist. Nothing is too much trouble, they offer all kinds of services and are efficient, trustworthy, warm and effective. They're open every day and for long hours. It's amazing!!

This is an amazing, professional and caring pharmacy.

I often pop in with my children for minor aliments and have found the staff extremely helpful. You will not find a better pharmacy in the whole of East London and I have lived here for over 20 years.

They are diligent in ensuring that repeat prescriptions are always ready on time. regular texts when medication is available, home delivery when necessary always with a smile.

open for long hours every day of the week ensures that there is always someone to talk to when I cant get an appointment with my GP.
