I’ve purchased from MVS before and ordering was seamless. However, I don’t know what happened. You can no longer reach them by phone, it seems to be a fax, I’ve sent faxes asking for someone to call so I can place an order, but NOTHING! Recently, I placed an order on their website, a box popped up and stated they don’t ship to my state which I found to be very odd. The order went through and my credit card was charged, the next business day I received an email showing a refund with no explanation. I sent an email asking why but absolutely NO REPLY. I can’t understand how they can run a business with such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

I recently ordered an Eleaf istick TC40W. I've owned many over the years and they seem to last about two years or a bit longer. Just happy to see they're still in stock with pods and disposables being so popular. My istick was reasonably priced and delivered quickly. My Vapor Store is definitely my vapor store!!!

The package came real quick. The only problem was that the one vape that I wanted was out of stock and the atomizer that comes with the other vape that I picked was out of stock also. Other than that everything is fine.

I already left a review on my last order but I have to share more. I placed an order the day before Hurricane Milton. I was unprepared and thought I would have to go without for at least a week or two. Nope! I received my package a couple of days after the storm was over. How could I have received my package when I’m still waiting for my delayed mail to be delivered. Wow! I will never shop anywhere else ever.
