My husband and I had a great time with this tour. Our tour guide, Jana, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had a lot of information to share with us and did a great job keeping us organized and on time, especially when we needed to arrive for our schedule time for the Nasrid Palace.

Booked a tour with guide and Dante proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about almost everything and made the tour so much better than strolling around on our own. Thanks, DANTE🙏

I booked an entrance to the Louvre at this company by mystake instead at the official site. The two websites are very similar. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I asked for the cancellation. My card had not been credit yet. The company refused, credited my card and has not issued any tickets nor a receipt on my purchase. I have been exchanging emails arguing for the cancellation, as it was asked just after the purchase and the company has no tickets. The markup over official websites is around 50% for an app with audioguide and no guaranteed tickets! The company refuses so far for the cancellation and refund.

She was a great guide with lots of local knowledge and personal perspective. She moved the group well and made sure everyone had the best possible experience. She pointed us to the best photo sites and pointed out extra details and wildlife along the whole tour.

Nacho was just unbelievable! What a story to tell and make it feel alive!

We purchased the tickets for visiting Mezquita Cathedral in Cordova. Despite the price for ticket itself should cost 15 euros, the final price on this app has been 30. The double price is due to the Guided tour, but you have to Downloaded on your own phone an unuseful misleading totally not helpful and not very interesting online guide, using your own headphones. So it’s really not clear why the price is doubled just for using their service. The guide and the way it shows the info and how it tells the story of the monument should be improved and follow an understandable tour.

Looks like an official site for Palace of Versailles but discovered it is not. Booked 4 tickets and have not received any confirmation email. Without confirmation number there is no way to contact them through customer service.

I bought tickets for the Louvre on the website for the Louvre. It was supposed to have an audio guide- that did not work. I paid extra for an audio guide as I know that there are very limited descriptions of the artwork on display, so especially for my young daughter we wanted the guide. But we had NO guide. It would not download, would not play. Nothing. Really poor experience. I would expect a refund to be honest, but there’s not even a way to be in touch with the company.

Beautiful site. The guide was really amazing, we’ve been captured by history and information provided. Highly recommended!!!!

Jana was a very kind and informative guide and kept our interest during the whole tour of the Alhambra. Moreover, her off script comments while telling the various stories of Alhambra were not only funny but also made us think.

They pretend to be the official Louvre site

But they are not. All very carefully done to fool people. And yep, I fell for it. First ranking in Google, a website with .org extension, a website very close to the official Louvre website. Even a nice logo, and then all the way on the bottom in really small print, they mention they are a reseller.

Bought tickets, paid 55 euros per ticket...then received the official tickets from louvre, noticed it was 22 euros.

Reached out to them, complained. They the offered to refund their service fee, not the tickets. I thought very nicely handled. Then just to check I asked if my official tickets are still valid, since I did pay 22 euros for it which they did not refund.

Well no, that is not the case. So now I end up needing to buy new tickets anyway direct from the louvre, paying close the same amount.

So in the end, a bad experience and I feel the company is on purpose making a website to confuse people and charge the way too much for tickets.

Yes I should have paid more attention myself. I got scammed I feel and there entire goal with the website is to fool people thinking they bought directly at the louvre. On their site louvre museum tickets dot org...it does not show their logo, neither their company name (besides in the really fine print on the bottom).

Done on purpose, to scam nice people out of hard earned money.

I had already written a review in which I complained about the wrongful withholding of admission fees. In their response, they actually acknowledged this and offered to review the matter again. I have sent the evidence once more. The company simply isn't responding; they are trying to wait it out. It is so simple: paid twice, nothing delivered—give me my money back!

Extremely disappointing experience.
We paid almost €80 for two tickets believing we were purchasing access to the main Alhambra attractions. Only later did we discover that the tickets did not include access to the Nasrid Palaces, which are the highlight of the visit for most tourists.
The booking process was misleading and did not make this limitation sufficiently clear. What is even more frustrating is that a large portion of the price was apparently charged as agency, management, and processing fees rather than for the actual tickets.
For the amount paid, the value received was nowhere near what we expected. Had the information been presented more transparently, we would have chosen a different option or booked through official channels.
I would strongly advise future visitors to avoid this site at all costs.

Never got tickets. Requested a refund, never got it. Will open a fraud report with credit card
