Thought I was on the legitimate website for Versailles access tickets - turns out it was via Top Tour and was significantly overcharged and then it didnt even include the audio guide. Be wary, double check and book direct.
Edited.... glad to see we can agree i opened the email 5 times and when I presented it to the staff they said the audio guide wasn't booked so ....

I was miss lead to this website to book…
I was miss lead to this website to book the tickets in Paris. All the prices are doubled of the original ticket prices. I booked the tickets two weeks ahead, but my entrance ticket to Palace Versailles was not downloadable untile the day before I needed to get in.

I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing tickets from this company.
This is how their scam appears to work:
1. You search Google for **Sagrada Familia tickets**. Their website appears prominently, using photos of the Sagrada Familia, making it look like an official or legitimate ticket seller.
2. You select your tickets and pay by credit or debit card. Everything seems normal.
3. They send you an **order confirmation**, but **never the actual tickets**.
4. They instruct you to retrieve your tickets by logging into their website using the email address you used for the purchase.
5. The login simply does not work. No matter how many times you try, you cannot access your account or retrieve your tickets.
6. You wait for the tickets to arrive by email. They never do.
7. You try contacting customer support. No response.
8. As a last resort, you leave a review. They may reply publicly with a link claiming it will allow you to retrieve your tickets. In my case, that link was useless as well—it never worked.
In short, I lost **€65** and never received my tickets.
Unfortunately, I paid with a debit card instead of my American Express card. Had I used Amex, I would have disputed the charge immediately and they would likely have recovered my money.
The company will probably respond to this review claiming they are willing to help. Based on my experience, don't believe it. Their response appears to be nothing more than damage control.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the **Agència Catalana del Consum** (Generalitat de Catalunya), and they are currently investigating this matter.
I hope this review prevents someone else from losing their money.

Impersonated website
Impersonated website, to scam people. They charge double the price. No response to emails or phone calls, despite saying 24/7 support.
I am filling a scam complaint to the European and Spanish authorities.
The saddest part is that they know exactly what they are doing and then play the victim card, as in the response below.

AVOID using, terrible "company"
I bought tickets for the Louvre from this company believing it was the Louvre's authentic website (The two websites look very similar and no where can you actually tell it is a different "company" until after paying - trying to impersonating the actual museums website).
So, I only realised that it was a separate company after I had paid and I had received an email "confirming the booking".
They charge literally double - which I didn't realise because the website looks legitimate. I paid around £90 for two tickets, the real and authentic tickets are half the price!!!
In the conformation email I received, it stated tickets would be sent on a separate email. One which I waited for and never received. I reached out via email to this "company" multiple times and never once heard anything back from them.
Having not received any actual "tickets" I had to re-purchase from the Louvre's actual website and start a claim with my bank account to try retrieve the money back.
My bank looked in to the matter and contacted this "company" who stated they had "proof" tickets were sent. Their proof being that I had electronically opened the email from them for the booking confirmation, even though this contained no tickets.
There are so many of these reviews literally stating the exact same experiences with this "company" for museum tickets, so please avoid.
Really just feels like one big SCAM.
I am so confused as to why there are so many good reviews on here because trip advisor reviews are at 1 for the same problem I have had, also for other reviews as I have since searched.

It was great experiance guided tour with our guide Dante! He told us lot of information on so interesting and funny way that the tour went so fast althoug it lasted for 3 hours and it was really hot day!

Amazing tour- The place has unspeakable beauty
The place has unspeakable beauty. Dante our guide was super knowledgable, and gave really good information. Legends, historical facts etc. He made sure to show us extra photos and that we don’t miss any key hidden places. We never felt bored, and felt sooo enriched by him. Thanks so much Dante!
