I booked tickets to visit the Royal…
I booked tickets to visit the Royal Palace of Madrid. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the Palace was closed to visitors due to an official state reception, so we were unable to enter.
I contacted this company several times over the course of several weeks to request a refund, but unfortunately I never received any response.
I am therefore extremely disappointed with the service. The complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend your company based on my experience.

Very well guided in Alhambra
The tour to Alhambra was really nice, very well organized and guided. We had the luck of having Dante as our guide. He was very patient and attentive with everyone, sharing relevant information mixed with involving stories. He obviously loves what he does for a living and he’s also a firm believer in the Alhambra’s heritage.

Booked tickets for the Alhambra with…
Booked tickets for the Alhambra with audio guide. The receipt clearly indicated the ticket would be emailed but when I arrived on site there was no ticket. After several attempts I did not receive a response in time and missed the window. They later claimed the receipt was “just an automated response” and I had to pick up the tickets at their office (not close enough to the site to easily pick up on foot). I ended up having to buy another ticket at the Alhambra, which was half the price and what I should have done to begin with. Don’t buy from this company. They come up first when you search for official tickets, but they are a scam.

Our office is located just 2 minutes from the Alhambra, at Paseo de la Sabica, n.º 32, so that customers can collect the material before starting their visit.
My Top Tour is a private tourism services company, not the official website of the monument. Your booking includes not only the official Alhambra ticket, but also additional services provided by our agency, such as the management of the reservation, the physical audioguide service and personalized customer support. For this reason, the official ticket price is only one part of the total amount paid.
We are sorry if the information about the collection point was not clear enough for you. However, we do not agree with describing our company as a scam.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The visit to Palacio Real Madrid was charged at double the official ticket price, with no clear added value.
I would recommend that anyone planning to visit check the official ticket prices first before booking through this service. The pricing felt misleading, and I would not use this service again.

According to our records, neither of these emails was opened.
